I had been using excaliburfilms.com since 1998 when I first turned 18. I had never had a problem with them until recently.
About four months ago I ordered Reach Out and Touch Me, the Lauren Phoenix title by reel interactive. excalibur films was one of the few sites that offered it and I was willing to wait. At one point about 2 months ago I owed them $2 because they didn't have a title I ordered and I wanted a different one and told them to take the difference out of my credit for Reach Out and Touch Me. They did and a month later they said they finally got the DVD in and that I needed to send them the $2 I owed if I wanted it back. I sent them the $2 plus the money for another title. Then, I got the DVD they sent. It was some really crappy one with the same name and they told me I couldn't have my other DVD I paid for because the price for Reach Out and Touch Me was higher than before. So basically they want more money for ripping me off and not holding up to the standards they set for themselves. I have asked them several times to just admit they were wrong after showing them all the e-mails they sent me that proves they were wrong and all I get is the response "you owe us..." Don't use their services. They don't care about their customers. They only want your money and don't hold up to their own agreements. Any company that cannot hold up to their own agreements should NEVER be trusted.
