Hello
I had purchase Spring Chicken 20. and had trouble playing this dvd in my dvd player. I return it and decided to purchase the dvd from another seller.
I had the same problem with this copy too.
I was wondering if Diabolic know about this problem with there copies?
I am stuck with the second copy , but STILL NOT ABLE TO PLAY IT ON MY Dvd pLaYER.
I just purchase this dvd player a year and half ago. its a Toshiba dvd player.
Could someone from Diabolic Help me with my problem?

Is the problem that the DVD will not load or that it does not play correctly?
Do you have a DVD drive on your PC and have you tried to read/play it that way?

its not my dvd player on my computer. its the dvd player is hook up to my tv.
it doesn't recognized the dvd .

The reason I asked if you could read/play this DVD using the DVD drive on your computer is that if your computer can read it then you might be able to extract the video content from the original DVD. Then you could burn a back-up that will have the proper 'load' file on it. Your DVD player can then load/play the back-up DVD.

My guess would be that Diabolic doesn't think they have an issue/problem.
This DVD "Sping Chickens 20" was Released: 1/30/2008.
So it's been on the market for 4 1/2 months.
It's been reviewed by three reviewers and none have mentioned any problems with playing the DVD.

or maybe there a bunch of bootlegs floating around, and maybe i got a bootleg copy .... is it possible?
I just want a working copy..
why can't Diabolic offer me to mail to them in return they can look at the dvd and send me a replacement?

go to the member list, click the studio tab, see name with diabolic - goes to this profile - click on any of his posts then you can email him through the forum.
that said you may not get a response. most customers handle returns through the place where they bought the dvd.
