Money i no object. Dsmn typos, what I meant to say is that I want to slots fpr SLI cards that ar extra wide and I don;t want a thrid one because of the heat and the fact that 3 sli cards offer very little benefit. 2 is enough. | Bob All-Star Member 5516 Posts 3/03 | Posted - Jun 11 2008 : 6:26PM For data, I'm using a <b Western Digital Caviar SE16 (WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s). The [ invalid url ] and has unnecessary storage capacity for a system drive. However, if all the capacity you need for both system and data is 300GB, it would be an excellent choice. If money is no object for you, then maybe it's still the best choice. The only other drawback besides the price is that it's so new that the bugs may not have been worked out yet. [Link] |
