As others have alluded to, is there a particular reason your argument the "big chance they might get pregnant" appears to be presupposed on an assumption the women are not on the pill or using a diaphragm? Even if they say they're not using contraceptives, that could just be playing up to the camera.

In a film I watched more than 20 years ago, I saw the White House get destroyed by a city-sized alien spaceship. Because of that, I was curious how it was rebuilt so quickly when I saw Bill Clinton address the US from the Oval Office only a few weeks later.

In another film I saw 20 years ago, a meteor hit the Atlantic and caused a tsunami that washed away the East Coast of North America. Because of that I was curious how the population and economy recovered so quickly despite all of the deaths reported in the movie.

Just because you see or hear something in media, it doesn't equate to being true. A porn performer can say all sorts of things on camera to make the scene sound more salacious and appeal more to a certain viewer. Somebody can use the pill, wear a diaphragm or be fitted with a coil but lie about it with relative impunity just to act up to the camera.

Any definite answer about whether TT Boy got someone pregnant would more than likely be pure speculation unless TT Boy or one of his co-performers replies or there's a verified article to prove/disprove what you said. To assert that "at least one of them surely got pregnant" is hinged on your assumption that no form of birth control was used: an assumption you don't seem to be capable of proving. To paraphrase a late journalist, anything that can be declared without proof can be dismissed without proof.
