Unlike EPOCH (which used to come up for me before), this processor doesn't bother to send you signup and cancellation confirmation emails. Plus, they make simply canceling a membership a pain-in-the-ass process. Most recently, I had to sit in a chat with one of their customer service representatives for nearly 15 minutes to simply cancel my Blacked.com membership.  [Link] |

When I saw the DVD last week in the rental place, I saw that the UPC at the back side was a very tiny tiny one, I guess some scanners will have a hard time scanning these. I'm curious what else also has changed, and why (Blacked has already followed suit, Vixen not yet, but I guess that will happen later today or this week).
