Other words such as 'prat' (buttocks) or 'tosser' (wanker) are also accepted as words for a complete idiot and are used less and less in their derogatory vulgar definitions; or at least that's my experience. Sorry Bollocks (ironically this word has also extended beyond its bodily definition when someone is talking a load of twaddle (another good word!)), this isn't really helping you.
