Ya know, this confuses me a tad. I would definitely have doubted there being any prosecutions over sisters enaging each other on film. Aren't the origins and intentions of incest laws rooted in dissuading intermarriage and copulation due to the effect of thinning bloodlines and the threat of resultant physical abnormalities? If this is so, it would seem that twins (or any sisters, for that matter)touching, etc. would not be counter to the spirit of the law.
