After the negative responses on Tony T the performer in my last post on Star Crossed, I would like to raise another issue. One of your favorite female porn stars is appearing in a new movie shot by a top studio, you eagerly wait for the release only to find out she has been paired up with a male performer you really dislike. Do you watch and cringe or do you fast forward and just catch snapshots of her while you spit feathers. Lots of studio's don't list the male performers and almost never list pairings, I find this frustrating as much as I have my favorite female stars, I also have my favorite male performers. Do any of you guys out there have any male performers you can't watch? if so who? and why? I always steer clear of Mark Ashley, I don't really know why, maybe because his face looks like it needs a wash!....your thoughts please...J.

Well I don't think I steer clear. For me with some of my favs being black girls, I won't watch Jada Fire, Nyomi Banxxx, Marie Luv or Kapri Styles for example be done by the current roster of black guys in porn. Lex Steele, Mr Marcus or Sean Michaels not a problem. But those guys have been around for a while and have more personality and character I find. But other than that, who the girl is paired up with won't make me not want to watch the scene. But there are guys who fuck the girls silly that are worth watching that scene again though.
No. If there's plenty of other stuff with the performer in question, why would I watch her working with someone I don't like? A good example is Khan Tusion. I wouldn't watch his stuff for any performer. There are also a few male performers who bug me. Tony T was one of them but most of them, I have no idea what their names are. I just know 'em when I see 'em and I think "Fuck...not this guy again!". Curiously, Mark Ashley is one of my favorites. I don't really base my criteria on whether or not the dude looks like his face needs a wash. I start with the basics. Like "Does his dick work?". Surely porn performers can improve, for example, I would hope that performers view material that's been produced and look at both the good and bad. That would truly make them a professional. I used to think that the girl made the scene, but I have came to realize that if almost any girl is paired up with a guy who really likes women the scene can explode with sensuality. If the male performer is a jerk, the hottest babe can not save the day..IMHO. I have learned that my favorite girl in the wrong hands (excuse the pun) can be horrible and boring. On top of that the people shooting and cutting the scene need to really love woman as well or the great work turned in by the performers is just wasted. Guys like you, Manuel and some others get it. My second paremetar is the studio, producing the movie and the third rank is the male cast. Who can ignore them?? When I watch a 1 on 1 straight scene they are 1/2 part of the matter. Ed Powers is of course a big turnoff. The other one is the Milfhunter guy "Sean Hunter" who is credited with starting the original milf genre.
