the majority of adult dvd's I have list the male performers names. However the names are much smalller text than the girls, which is a good hting to me. Agree to a point but your original post said when there's a scene with a male performer that you really dislike. Absolutely agree with your reply to me but that doesn't go hand in hand with your original post about a male performer you dislike. To me the male talent is just a prop and I'm watching the scenes for the girls not the guy, if she's performing well then the guy on the end of the cock she's working with doesn't really bother me. Even if I 'dislike' them it wouldn't stop me watching a scene with a girl I like unless that male performer ruins the scene by being a weak performer or running their mouth.

AWMDB, I don't have a problem with Mark as a performer, by all accounts the girls really like him, which is great. As I said in my post, I don't know why I don't watch him, he's done nothing to me, it's just one of those things. If you are reading this Mark, it's nothing personal.
I used to think it never made a difference, but the more you watch scenes the guy does make a difference. I know it sounds like blasphemy but I can't watch Manuel Ferrara. I'll admit he is good at what he does so I can see why he's popular, and the girls seem to like him as well. There is just a disjointed frenetic rhythm to his scenes, and its not like Im watching the girl. Its feel like I am watching "Manuel & my favorite performer". Its like a package deal. Just felt the need to rant here because he is in so many scenes its just hard to avoid him. I can watch anything with Mike Stefano, Mark Ashley, Adriano, Mick Blue etc. Those guys do their job well. I've slowly woken up to how massive a difference male talent can make to the quality of a scene. These days, I'll look up a girl's movies, check the studio (usually JJV, Elegant Angel or Evil Angel) then try and find out who she's working with. I find Manuel Ferrara and Mark Ashley great for one on one scenes. For DPs and group scenes, I can't go past Steve Holmes, Eric Everhard, James Dean and Mick Blue. Whenever the holy trinity of a great cast, director and studio all come together, you the know the scene's just gonna be all kinds of fun.

There are male performers I so dislike that, I will now usually pass on scenes -- even with a treasured favorite girl -- if she is paired with one of these guys. (Relax, I only have about 5-6 "ewww" studs.) Also, there are certain things, like spitting into the girl's mouth, that I find so repulsive that, I will typically not watch those scenes again (assuming that they got past my radar in the first place). Oddly enough, there is a lot of correlation between the spitters and my "ewww" studs [o\|]
The male talent in a scene has a massive bearing.You've got the guys you really rate who if paired with one of your favorite girls your on to a sure winner of a scene.Then comes the guys who don't provoke any feeling either way so it's a case of whatever.Then come the guys who you just can't bear to watch and if paired with one of your fave girls really pisses you off and have to maybe just right that scene off.Luckily i can only think of two who fall into the latter category for me so not too many scenes to avoid
