However, I recently ordered a couple of DVDs from DVD Empire and today I received a card from Royal Mail asking me to pay a customs charge of £15.04. Why am I being asked to pay the charge and is this something I should raise with DVD Empire?  [Link] |

You should probably consider yourself lucky that you haven't been charged before!  [Link] |

Let Royal Mail return the item and get a refund. If it doesn't make it back, get your credit card issuer to reverse the charge. ADE prices are expensive enough as it is. [Link] |
