I've noticed a lot of DVDs I get seem to just throw-away the "bonus" scene opportunity. I don't understand it. If you make a DVD for a niche interest, e.g. female masturbation, and then for "bonus" scenes you put in a lesbian scene and a boy/girl scene, that doesn't fit the niche. The person buying the CD wanted the niche stuff: the bonus stuff is wasted. Plus it looks like the producer just looked around and included whatever two things were nearby, regardless of whether it fit or not. Seems to me if you're going to put bonus stuff in, make it related to the content of the DVD. If it's female masturbation, how about a bonus scene of two or three girls doing it together? Or a second scene with one of the girls from the main scene doing it differently (i.e. if only fingers in the main scene, then this time with a toy or a sybian). Even a b/g where the girl gives a guy a handjob would be clever, and it would kind of fit the theme of the title. I'm bringing this up because every time I get a new DVD, I look at the "bonus" menu and I know going in that none of it will likely be worthwhile. [Link] |

If we hadn't have included it, you wouldn't have missed it. With this title in question, I think that 20 girls on 2 discs for 4 hours is quite a generous offering without any bonus material. If I'm buying (and I'll use the example again) a female solo video, then I can see getting bonuses that might lead me to other female solo videos. But I'm not likely to care about the b/g title.
