I recently received Gangbangs of New York (from Avalon Enterprises) as a rental DVD from xrentdvd. This DVD is an unusually authored DVD. Perhaps the DVD experts
here could comment on my description below.

This DVD will not play at all in my GoVideo deck. (I get the Unable to Read Disc message)

The DVD will play in my DVD drive on my laptop, using WMP.
WMP says there's one title, with 11 chapters. It says the title estimated time is 25 seconds. I can doubleclick for a given chapter and it always thinks the total time for the chapter is 25 seconds (the length of the first chapter). When each chapter starts, the elapsed time goes back to 0:00. The chapters lengths are approximately: 1) :25 2) :37 3) 21:30 4) 12:00 5) 13:00 6) 9:30 7) 17:00 8) 10:00 (for a total movie time of around 82 minutes).
Chapter 9 is the main menu, Chapter 10 is the scene selection menu, and Chapter 11 is the photo gallery.

For almost all DVDs I encounter, and play on the laptop, I get the complete time for a title when it's highlighted on the bar on the right-hand display. Not the case with this DVD, which seems to be confusing the DVD player's timing mechanism. (Perhaps that's why it won't play on the GoVideo deck?)

I have one more DVD deck - a Toshiba - I tried the disc and it didn't play on that machine either.
