What is the resolution of this format and how good is the color? I am guessing that they have copied from a VHS original onto VCD, but don't know for sure. What machines will it play on? For example, Windows Media Player, RealOne, etc. etc. will play VCDs. And unlike a DVD, you don't need a DVD-ROM drive or a software DVD decoder to play VCDs--they're on traditional CD's. These days, VCD's are a dying breed...just one step out of the grave compared to VHS. [Link] |
