I imagine they saw a huge uptick in membership purchases when Tori's comeback scene was revealed. For the record, as the Vixen Angel of the Year in 2017, Kendra Sunderland had a total of six scenes released on the site in 2017. [Link]

There's no way models like Angela, Abigail, Eva (especially with her getting out of her DP deal early), Riley, or Natalia would go exclusive. While no doubt lucrative, their careers are are at the level where they'd make more money and continue to grow their fan base by shooting for multiple studios. Tori and Lana seemed like the only two that were realistic options to win, and with Tori seemingly cool with just shooting a few scenes a year, it was a no-brainer. [Link]

The upcoming Kendra Sunderland scene just looks "okay" to me, but I've been very pleased with Vixen's recent casting choices, most notably: Katya Rodriguez, Jade Kush, Alina Lopez and Ana Foxxx/Riley Reid. Part of the original appeal of this studio's work was its aesthetics. The scenes immediately slip down a notch or two in quality when the female performer is covered in tattoos, in my opinion. As for Tushy, while I'm still very much a fan of Vixen and Blacked, I have to admit that Tushy has really fallen off my "porn radar" in the past year. As for the tattoos...I'm glad that they've pretty much given up their "tattoo cover up tricks" now, especially for the photo galleries. I used to not mind it as much, but seeing how most porn girls now have multiple tattoos on their body, I do prefer to see them in these scenes as they really are rather than having all their tattoos concealed. The one instance in which I'd say the tattoos can be a problem is when you have a tatted girl in one of these "daddy's girl/barely legal" type roles, this upcoming Emma Hix scene being an example. It's just hard, as a viewer, to "buy in" to this girl being sweet/innocent/barely legal when she's got multiple tattoos. [Link]
