The whole Vixen Angel stuff slowing down, the quality of some of these recent scenes, the cloth brand that never was. I do wonder if Lansky sold it because Vixen is getting trouble with it's financing and earnings or because he truly wants to make other stuff. I also wonder if he's going to try to open a new website with a new theme and if all the Vixen Media sites will suffer in quality either by going up or down. Also, I do wonder if they will keep the whole Angel and all that schtick. Because that seemed something purely by Lansky. Either way, this is going to be interesting to watch. [Link]

Click to expand Lansky sold because of operational disagreements. It happens once you expand the business past the core brands. It's like a band breaking up. He's an artist and had his vision, but sometimes they don't gel with the business. For example, Deeper.com was originally going to be another Lansky site. They ended up buying Kayden's site and leaving Greg out of the process. As difficult as Lansky is to work with, you may be right about the quality suffering. For example, when they redesigned the sites, they completely left out the "exclusive" tags. The big selling points were first interracial, first anal, first video, etc. That's being completely ignored, to their detriment. [Link]
