Uh, no, it's just that - to me - Julia Grandi's scenes are more "erotica" than "hardcore." For Blacked I think the genius of the site was that it was erotica on the surface but then it had gonzo type camera shots and intense sex and sometimes the European filmed scenes lacked that but then again I think a lot of post Lanksy misses this. A couple of establishing shots of Mick and the girls plus a few shots of the fencers on the balcony would be fine, but the montage should've been like 90% Avery & Naomi and definitely no hard cuts from a close-up of Naomi's tight, bare butt straight to a close-up of Mick's face, FFS. Like, c'mon... And there was absolutely no need for that prolonged fencing scene with the stand-ins. That went on for a minute and then they spent another minute arguing afterwards. Two minutes of pure boner killer. We already get the picture. Avery's been fucking the coach. Her rival Naomi caught them. Now she's threatening to expose them unless she's given top spot on the team. That's the point where an "alternative" solution is suggested. Not after a prolonged fight sequence and further arguments. The fancy shit might be good for the awards ceremonies, but it doesn't make for good porn.
