To answer your question, we have excellent turnaround time, due to the shipping centers we have on both coasts (CA and NJ), and the large number of duplicates we have in stock for most titles. We do not throttle or use any similar techniques - we find that customers who rent a large volume of movies tend to advertise our site by word of mouth and we end up recruiting more customers. Mail comes in the morning, and replacement movies go out the same day. Infimum, I will have a look at the other thread and see if I can provide some constructive input.
