I watch it everyday. I jerk off everyday. I'm hating myself for it because I get lazy. I can't study. I don't even try to get laid. Lately, I feel ashamed of it and don't want to love it anymore. Test will be Monday. - Emailed my supervisor if she wants me to re-new my CPR and BLS certifications. - Rake about a dozen or so bags of leaves. - Mowed the lawn. - Did laundry and fold my clothes - Inspect my bike so I can ride it to work instead of driving. I think I'm going to keep bike riding as my daily routine, or at least when I'm working. [Link] |

Sometimes though, addictions require a complete lifetime of cold turkey or the person falls right back into the negative patterns (you know the story, give a recovering alcholic one drink and he is done for). Maybe seek some help and have someone accountable to with your life tasks and go from there.
