| che123 Member 132 Posts 6/07 | Using chat from the support website, I bought lifetime memberships to A few of their sites. The agent told me he could make them all unlimited downloads. This morning I tried to download and I received a message saying I reached my download limit. I called support and was treated like garbage. They said it was not possible I was sold those plans. When I told them I printed the chats so I have proof, they cancel my account and hung up on me.
The support representative said this for every site I joined. I would recommend everyone AVOID all of their sites: They lie to you and then treat you like garbage. Since they have ties to several jurisdictions, I will be filing this information with all of them. This is clearly a deceptive business practice which fits the definition of fraud. I recommend AVOIDING any of these sites. [Link] |

| che123 Member 132 Posts 6/07 | I bought my subscriptions through the support chat on their website. Before each transaction I repeated the question "this includes unlimited download". Each time I saved the chat. When I called the support phone number they were beyond rude. It is the worst I have ever been treated by customer support in my life. They, in so many words, said I was lying and canceled my accounts. I never asked or told them to cancel my accounts, I just wanted them to fix my account so I would get what I was sold and paid for. I sent emails to people at all of there companies (Probiller and Ethical Capital Partners (Ethical?). Unless they give me what I was sold, I am going use the chats I saved to file complaints. I'll wait a couple business days to see if they respond. One tech person to give me access to part of what I purchased but it not what I purchased and does not include the majority of the sites I bought. It is my nature to want to address situations where I feel people are being ripped off and treated badly, I am going to file complaints as many places I can. Mindgeek (now Aylo) is based in Quebec. Ethical Capital Partners is based in Ottawa (Ethical?), and Probiller (MG Pro Billing US Corp.) has physical addresses in California and Texas. Maybe I can get their practices investigated by one or more of those jurisdictions. Once I submit one case, it is just a copy paste to do more. Since Probiller is based in the United States, I can file a BBB complaint for them. Since they have a BBB rating of "F", I doubt that will make much difference.
From a usability standpoint, each video has a Chromecast button but it does not work. When I called support, they said they no longer support Chromecast. It seems they want to see subscriptions and take the money but do not want customer to actually use the product. The site logs you off every couple of minutes. There is a adult review website which basically makes money by linking to the audit sites and getting some kind of commission. Even when they were making commissions for awhile they said they do not recommend BangBros because of issues like this. I am going to contact them as well. I will update this thread if with their response (if any) and any resolution. Edited by - che123 on 12/25/2025 10:30:14 AM |

| rearadmiral All-Star Member 6524 Posts 12/11 | Using a known and trusted biller may not help if the site doesn't give what you've paid for (though they will probably help you), but at least you know that you can cancel and chalk up the experience as something to avoid in the future. I'm in no way affiliated with Gamma Entertainment and would disclose that if I was, but I never hesitate to sign up for a site they own or manage. There are three reasons for this. The first is that they are one of the few porn companies, and maybe the only one, that are very clear on signing up what you are getting. They have options, and it's easy to see what those options are. Here's a screenshot from the Evil Angel signup page:
A corollary to the first reason is that Gamma gives you what you pay for. I'll always opt for downloads and when I make that choice, I get downloads as advertised. The second reason is that while Gamma has its own in-house billing service, I have never once had a bad experience with them, and I've subscribed to Gamma sites using their in-house billers probably over a hundred times in the past years. Probably closer to 200. I've never once had a problem with a Gamma membership, and cancelling is always easy. It's done online and it's immediate (with your membership continuing until the end of the billing period). The only caveat is that you need to enter membership information so make sure that you have and keep that when you sign up. The third reason is subjective, but I like a lot of what Gamma offers. Take the Evil Angel example above. I've been an EA fan dating back to when porn was on VHS tapes. I've been a member of the EA site countless times and have had annual memberships when that made economic sense. I know Team Skeet, Bang Bros and others are well liked and have some great porn, but they aren't upfront about what you get. I learned the hard way once when I signed up to a Team Skeet site using a $14.99 discount offer that while some memberships include downloads and others can have downloads added (but they don't tell you which is which), that if you pay less than $15 for a membership, downloads aren't included and you aren't even eligible to add them for an additional fee. Hey Team Skeet - check out the Gamma screencap above. I said this in my earlier post but I'll repeat it: the porn industry is a rare business that actively tries to screw over its paying customers. What's wrong with offering a clear menu of options and then following through when a customer gives you money for that? That isn't a novel idea. |
| che123 Member 132 Posts 6/07 | The only site that has been a problem is those serviced by ProBiller. Probiller is the billing company for all the sites I listed. It was their representative which told me what I was getting and processed my purchases. I did not get what he told me so I called Probiller Support. It was that person who basically said I was lying. Someone at Probiller is not telling they truth which means they are engaging in deceptive business practices. Did the chat agent lie or did the phone support agent lie? Probiller responded to my email to call support between 8am-4pm. That is when I am at work. This is just another part of the ripoff process. |
| tcm402 Member 15 Posts 7/23 | I now believe that , at least in my case, they saw that I was easily circumventing their download limit by just logging in and ignoring it and decided to temp ban me over and over for account sharing. Ever since I just stopped using the site whenever it said my download limit was up, I have been able to maintain unrestricted access to my account... which is bloody stupid when I paid for *unlimited* downloads. Also I am not surprised that the support agents are selling options that aren't technically allowed. That's how I got several of my site bundles. Edited by - tcm402 on 12/26/2025 3:10:44 AM |
| studrams Deactivated User 409 Posts 7/16 | TeamSkeet's promotional material is misleading to say the least, despite what it might lead a prospective subscriber to believe, there's no way to access downloads from the Reptyle part of the site without a full year's subscription and at the moment, that's US $365 dollars. I have limited membership, which is great but there are vids that I don't have access to and to any prospective subscriber, read the fine print very carefully to be sure about what you're actually going to have access to. | studrams Deactivated User 409 Posts 7/16 | As I posted, I have a limited membership which I'm quite happy with and with that membership comes a healthy dose of promotional material that you wouldn't otherwise see. Despite what that material might lead you to believe, there's no way I can find to access downloads from the whole site without paying a full year's membership. |
