However what I received were "copies" of these DVD titles made on generic "Fujifilm" DVD-R discs, without the original box and coverart.

Nowhere on their website does it indicate that they ARE NOT new factory-sealed DVDs. Had there been some indication
of that, I would have NEVER purchased them, especially
at the prices offered. Although the prices were
"fair" for new DVDs on sale, they are entirely out of
line with what I received, and I could have found
these titles "used" elsewhere with their original box
and cover art at prices lower than what I paid.

I have emailed the company but of course I have received no response.

Can anyone suggest a course of action to get a refund or am I out of luck just because the website says "all sales final?"
