We may need to raise money for a legal defense fund. We can't post details at the moment. Right now we need to research the best website for raising money. Any experience with this sort of thing? Please let us know. Thanks.
Didn't John Stagliano/Evil Angel do something similar in the past? I know Tricia Devereaux doesn't appear to post here anymore but you might want to ask her.

Thanks guys, appreciate the support. I think we have a strong community here that doesn't want to see ADT disappear. A few bucks from many goes a long way. Flash, I will definitely email Tricia when/if the shit hits the fan.
^ Are you still in touch with Tricia? I tried to find her and send a message recently but to no avail (I just tried through fb but I don't think she uses it as much).

Glad to help, when you get a donation web site set up. Update: About 4:50 a.m. this morning I donated $30.00. I'm not sure if my credit card would accept "dogzcatcher" as the name requested, so I chose the anonymous option. Good people in this forum. ADT makes porn better. Somebody from my work used gofundme to raise some money after a family tragedy and I think it worked well. Some of those crowdfunding/donation sites actually charge a percentage to the donors, but gofundme doesn't. Edited by - killbillvol69 on 2/28/2016 8:48:03 PM
After doing a little research it looks like GoFundMe will likely be our best bet. We should know within the next 2 to 4 weeks if we're going to need to do this or not.
Decided to put this in the Tech Talk thread. The KeepTalkAlive prompt repeatedly pops up on my Android phone using Chrome and occasionally doesn't give me the option to x out of it. The x just goes missing. I am logged into my ADT account on my phone so I don't know if the prompt is ignoring the cookie.
It's ignoring the user cookie. We're popping it up every 24 hours. Are you seeing it more frequently? I'll change the "X" code. Don't know why it's not rendering on some devices. Thanks for the heads up.
Yeah, it constantly pops up either when I navigate using the back button on chrome on the site or when I am on the KeepTalkAlive thread which ironically blocks me from seeing the thread. On that thread for sure, the x never pops up.
I hope I'm not making this thread a mess, but I just donated and have a few questions. The mods are welcome to move my post if it should be elsewhere. Before I logged on to ADT, I made a donation of $50 so I could score a t-shirt. After making the donation it turned out I had to join Fund Razr. I did it and made some selections of what kind of notifications I'd like in reference to the campaign. The problem is there was never (as far as I could tell, maybe I missed something) any questions about the shirt (size, etc.) or where to send the shirt. Also it appears you log on, but you don't have to log off (or did I miss that too?). I donated using my real e-mail addy which has my name and no reference to my ADT "name."

Hey Float - thank you! I email every donor who takes the t-shirt perk to get size. Did you get my email? Have we already corresponded? I know this isn't the ideal way but I couldn't figure out how to make certain fields required for certain perks in the fundrazr set up.
I wanted to report back that the lovely Steph contacted me about my mailing address and size. I responded and she replied back right away. It's a pleasure to support the fine folks at ADT.
As much as I like ogling beautiful porn performers, I'm more concerned with this defense fund getting big enough to fight the lawsuit. It's hard to tell, but it seems like the initial rush of gold stars has leveled off. Certainly smaller amounts are important, but I must admit ADT is a fun and informative vice for me.

Float, it seems like we may have this hanging over our heads for a long time. So while fundrazr won't let me change the deadline, apparently we can keep raising money in what they call "extended time." I should have set the deadline much further in the future (just didn't know how long this would all go on.)
Very sorry to read your post. Sounds like this dark cloud is going to be out there for some time. I will try to send a little more dough. It's going to hurt my dvd fund, but ADT I think has allowed me to pick dvds that I do enjoy. Don't be embarrassed to ask for more financial help. I personally hate the group that's harassing you folks; they deserve to lose.
I've posted a few times about how I enjoy buying from Adult DVD Empire (they also sell mainstream stuff too), but I want to thank you for the t-shirt which showed up today (Wednesday). It's a gorgeous black long sleeve number with a discrete bit of tasteful silver writing on the front. It's really a nice looking shirt. I am happiest supporting nice honest folks! Although I support Adult DVD Empire, everyone please any place that supports ADT that you wish to use.
