The problem is the POV/gonzo style cannot get a proper camera position. If you tripod the camera to attempt a closeup of the action (which is what Rodney does), the visibility just doesn't work, and you end up getting mostly Rodney's face (hence Tobin's complaint). It's better to have a live cameraman who can move about to find the best vantage point. Or just get over the closeup obsession and tripod a medium shot which allows viewer to see and hear the girl's reactions as well as see that the guy is eating her out. [Link] |
