This makes sense to me looking at the obit lists from gay porn, which depends on condoms, and straight sex. In summary, condoms seem to reduce the risk by about 20:1 and a bareback BJ is about twice as risky as condom sex (but still better than twice as safe as condom anal sex). It may be worth pointing out that most animals are evolved to deal with pathogens entering through the mouth or nose. It's not shocking if they are better able to deal with HIV than other orifices.
