You mention that you want to take photos of girls for porn. What exactly are you looking to do with these photos? Are you looking to photograph girls and then publish them for on a website or video? Or, are you looking to take pictures and then try to "manage" them and get them work with amateur companies?
If you're looking to do the first thing, my honest advice is that you're not ready and to read up more on the business. You having to ask that question pretty much guarantees that you're going to miss an important legal step and at this stage of the game, you can't afford to do that. Missing an important legal step is jailtime... there's just too much at stake to go in blind.
If you're interested in managing and that's why you want to take the pictures, I would get some contacts first. You obviously don't have any real connections and can't offer models you find any real work... so it would be just like you're ripping them off or pulling their leg.
Please don't think this reply as harsh. I'm just honestly confused as to what exactly you're trying to do. When you have time, reply with a more descriptive and thought out post and I will do my best to steer you in the right direction.
