She has her face down, but wraps her legs around his hips as he holds her arms in such a way that she's completely airborn. He then inserts from behind. 2) Two men, standing face to face. She is held between the two, experiencing anal and vaginal penetration at the same time. She also has no contact with the ground or other objects, only the two guys. 3) This is restricted to hentai only (at least I hope). She is anally penetrated, most often with tentacles. But the tentacles proceed to extend all the way through her alimentary canal and exits her mouth. Variations include anal ejaculation coming out of the mouth, and so on.
