^Here's the answer to your questions. BUT Mason is not in Extreme Behavior 3, IAFD got that wrong. That girl is Mason Storm, you can see her on the back cover (she's the girl facing the camera getting done from behind, with a black leather sleeve). Mason AKA Sam No never allows herself to be seen as far as I know, but often 'appears' in her movies interacting with the actors from behind the camera.

In an interview on Lukeford.com Mason talked about when she first started working for Patrick Collins at Elegant Angel and he asked her if she was interested in peforming and when she said no he never mentioned it to her again and continued to treat her with complete respect.
