I am not thinking about getting into porn, but i am genuinely interested as to what the experience is like being a male pornstar. It obviously looks like fun and is likely most guys fantasy job/career, but is the reality entirely different? I always think that holding off wanting to cum and not being able to fully enjoy the experience would be frustrating (for me personally) but do you think this is true for most male pornstars?
Some questions i was looking for answers to. If anyone can give an insight, it would be good.
Do you think it's physically demanding and arduous on the body?
Is it genuinely fun?
How difficult is it to get into the industry?
Once you're in the industry, is it true you have to participate in gay scenes before you break into straight porn?
How often is viagra used in porn, and is it used in the majority of the scenes?

People watching or telling me what to do while I'm having sex is not my idea of fun.
More like nightmare.
And for $150?
You being funny?

Sure it might be fun to have sex with hot women without any commitments or nagging but it's going to have bad days such as conflicting personalities or people not preparing themselves properly for anal.
Not every man is going to be able to get and stay hard on a set with other men around, take breaks every now and then during the scene and be able to perform consistently, physically and/or psychologically.
Where did you hear that old wives tale that you have to go gay before doing straight porn? There are porn actresses who refuse to do "crossover" male performers so that should answer your question.
Viagra has potential long term effects such as resistance to it. Would you knowingly take it now while you don't really need it when it may be less effective (if at all) in later life when you may truly need it.

You know when people say "Money won't make you happy" and you think to yourself, "Yeah, but I wouldn't mind finding out for myself"? Well, when I hear male porn actors whining my response is much the same.

I have to say, this isn't obvious to me at all. A lot of the time it looks like it's not all that fun. Many male porn stars have talked about their experiences as sex workers, and how it's often very difficult to have sex with people they don't like/aren't attracted to, or do sex acts that aren't appealing. Those who only perform in hetero porn get paid very little in comparison to women, though they have longer career prospects and arguably less social stigma to contend with. As for viagra, yes it's very common, but men now also inject their dicks with caverjet. Danny Wylde quit porn due to complications related to ED drugs.
Also, here is an existing thread: Are there any downsides to being a male porn star?

Yes.
Sometimes fun, sometimes not, like every job.
Hard.
No.
A lot, but probably not the majority.

Ok if your a performer director like Darkko , Moore , even Woodman etc where it can be as simple and intimate as you, the girl and a tripod.
Not so good (or easy) if your hired wood like i imagine it would be on a private or similar set.
