What is the best way to organize your porn collection on your computer?? Right now I have just have all video in one folder I looking for a better way to organize them.
Don't know what's best for you, but here's how I have mine categorized (very simplistically): FEATURES (1970-1989) FEATURES (1990-2014) HARDCORE/ALL-SEX LESBIAN OTHER Within the "Hardcore" section I could compartmentalize little "POV" or "All-Black" sections, but I know what's what. As far as modern internet porn, I keep it all in the "HARDCORE/ALL-SEX" folder, separated by site-name... and within the folder are scenes organized alphabetically by the main performer's name, followed by the name of the scene if it has one. On my PC I have only my database (GCStar) all my porn is stored either in their original physical copies or for what comes from websites in an external HDD in two different ways categories and stars , sites dedicated to one category are stored as such but have a folder on their own

I make separate folders for every performer on my radar. I keep all of those folders in another folder, where they are all in order, according to the performer's first name. I keep both photo images and titles in separate folders and a list of every title in a Word Pad folder, in case my hard drive crashes. When fiber optic cable finally arrives here, I'll be able to download individual scenes from a vod vendor, rather than sort out the favorites, from dvd titles I've purchased. Once I have completed my "collection", I'll look for those titles that haven't been reviewed and make an attempt to post a review of those titles on ADT. I may not reach the number of reviews made by Denny Recob, yet, I'll give it a try. The problem for me is; so many good-looking women enter the industry every year, at what point to I declare my collection is closed to new arrivals?
It is good , allows a number of personal sticks too, you can use personal definition , add characters or musicians , even add instruments if you want (an instrument instead of a role for example)you can easily adapt it for your needs anyway better and more friendly than the other I was using before Tellico even though this latter can import several databases

Thought the thing was DVDs and found out it was not. I don't think I'm the only one DVD guy thinking the same, so to them: stick to the same studios lined up together, and themes there within following each other, and within that again right cronologically order. Favorite directors and their products at the same place then with different studios mixed up can also do. It took me some time to put DVDs from Digital Sin right. When I realized who Xavier Mann was, then I put these 2005 releases together with newer DVDs from Evil Angel director Darkko. The same with Malone and his Red Light District stuff. These things should belong together.
I'm anal for alphabetical, both dvd's and my digital collections. Everything is easier that way (for me). Digital does become a challenge if you don't start right away, especially when you get up into the terabytes (learned the hard way)
