Why do some who seem to have everything---looks, enthusiasm---fail to rise while others with seeming less get branded true stars. One of the most convincing reasons that was offered was a lack of self-promotion on her part and while I hate to admit it that seems to be the case. I say "hate to" because seemingly like a "real job" you seem to have to get out there, be professional and want it. Yeah, having a pretty face and nice rack matters, but there are lots of girls with pretty faces and nice racks who don't get boxcovers. Take someone like Harmony, who is a perfect porn package of looks and enthusiasm, but making a name for herself as a solid performer and fan favorite she hasn't over the last three years achieved the kind of rabid attention that Bree Olsen has achieved in one. Why? One interview with her will tell you. She doesn't necessarily want to be one. In fact, she could seemingly give a shit---which actually endears her to me more (when asked about a website on BTS she snorted, "They get to watch me fuck. That's enough"). Thoughts? [Link] |
