I see don't any of that whatsoever, but I do see a change from red backgrounds to grey backgrounds. Anyone else? Personally, I liked the red. It matched the nature of this site.

Those codes are for style sheets. I wonder if your browser cannot handle them, or if there's just a glitch in the coding. I don't see that on the page, but I can see it in the HTML source for this page. My guess would be your browser. Anyone else have any ideas?

Dead: I'm running the most recent build of IE5. While I don't see that text at the top of the screen, I can say that most browsers these days are plagued by timeout problems; occasionally they'll only get part of the HTML file and display a bunch of garbage in the page (or one frame.)
Try clicking Reload a few times. If that doesn't work, then you may well need a newer, CSS-enabled browser. Netscape 4.5 and IE5 both support this - as well as enhanced stability and other features which make the newer versions a must-have.
Cereal Killer: The main page is still red; it's just the forum that's gray. As an Ohio State alum (our colors are scarlet and gray), I don't mind the site's colors at all!

Thanks for the input... I was afraid that I was going to get that answer. The newer browsers are pretty slow on this machine. So, I guess that I'll just live with it.
