The new Red Light District DVD covers at eroder.nl have a new logo saying “Red light District Europe“. So my question is what’s European about it?

I think it's the same as with the DVSX case a while ago.
These DVD's have the same content.
They only have a diffent cover so that it is easier to find out if they are really only selled in Europe.
Most production companies sell their DVD's cheaper to traders in Europe(maybee also other places) as to traders in the USA. So they can easiely see if any of those for Europe sold DVD's are sold in the USA.

And i have some doubts that "Breakin'em in #7" or "No Cum-Dodging allowed#4" were made in Europe.

Maybe there's an exclusive seller for the whole Europe or perhaps there is a structure for shooting in location in Europe to bypass new American immigration laws and make possible to work with people that maybe is not allowed to enter in the USA

There is non only RDL Europe but also Anabolic and Diabolic Europe but they're based in France and titles are in French you also see the prices of France products or distribution which almost double other country prices

A lot of the RLD Europe discs don't have the extra's of the American version. Just the movie.

Hi,
Hmm, if that´s true it matches what i´ve heard of another company that buys huge volumes of us dvds and releases them under their own label. It´s been said they would often cut an entire scene of a dvd ... not to speak what happens to the extras of an original us dvd. If you see the price of those dvds there has to be something fishy about them. That´s exactly why i can not understand why they have the right (?) to use the exact us covers. If the store who carries them wouldn´t have stored them apart from the us ones i would have had a surprise here and there. But then again ... the US ones cost twice the price. To make it even more confusing ... there are even DVDs from other (east) countries who cost even less than the "German" US DVDs of EA . I wonder what´s been cut of those.

This maybe the truth

Most part of european DVD have not any extras sometimes there are 1 DVD only instead of two sometimes they have a photogallery only , not interviews or behind the scenes and prices sometimes are even higher then in USA especialially considering change value in this time . An import DVD may cost 44 euros that means 60 dollars and as said is even not complete

Red Light District Europe DVD is the same as the U.S version if you purchase a RLD Europe in the states and the disc has no extra's you should contact RLD. But having said that the movie is the same.

Last time I replied to a topic like this one all hell broke loose. Anyway, I can confirm what the previous posters said. Same sexual content, less content in many cases. The dvds are available for rent.
It's funny how many companies play with with this "Euro version" thing. Then some go crying to avn and some others love the ambiguity.

same confusion...I got "Ass Obsessed 3" with the logo saying "Red Light District Europe", but I think the edition is similar to the US version, as the dvd is also a 2 disc collectors edition.Maybe the reason is all the scenes have been shot in Europe for this one.

The " Red Light District Europe " DVD is the exact same as the DVD for the states. RLD prints "Europe" on the Slicks for the disc that are shipping to Europe, the content on the DVD is exactly the same, if you purchase a DVD with the Europe logo on it in the states and the content is altered this is not original product and you should contact RLD immediately.
