Hi I'm Karen and I'm Gator's gal. Currently I just enema using the shower head on pulse. It works but it takes ages. I can't be bothered doing this every time I want anal. Are there any more effective methods?

In the eighties, I saw ads for a "jet-powered enema machine". I don´t even know if those things still exists, but judging by the pic it was a long tube linked to something that resembled a blue air compressor.
