I disagree, most big butt titles don't focus on anal. I think there are a lot of guys into booty who don't care for anal, and the best place to find those kind of booty worship titles is in IR titles from Evasive Angles, Justin Slayer, L.T. etc.

There are those who haven't liked Slayer's newer stuff here, but a lot of fans of his earlier work. I can't comment on the 'jiving' as I usually listen with the sound off because most porn sucks with it up anyway.
You're right. Most big butt titles don't focus on anal but judging by what's said on this site many fans think the two go hand in hand. That's because so many of the big butt girls generally do anal anyway. Even though the focus of a lot of big butt movies isn't anal the majority of them have anal in at least some of their scenes.

I think, the reason, white dudes like big butts, is because of the hip-hop music videos. especially the young generation, 70% who purchase the hip-hop music cds.

I haven't seen very much of Desiree or Carol and never noticed their butts. My fav big buut girl from the 70s was Candida Royalle. Unfortunately lots of her stuff hasn't made it to DVD and the scenes that are available are just so short (like most 70s scenes).I always thought it was interesting/strange that most black men like big butts and bubble butts. I've always had a liking for bubble butts and it's just always been there. I think you might be jumping to 'scientific' conclusions a little too eagerly Draxxx. Black women tend to have big butts, black men grow up around black women, therefore black men like big butts. No need to bring 'science' into it.
I don't agree with your theory. If it were as simple as being attracted to the type of women a person is surrounded by growing up I'd be attracted to a totally different type of woman than I am today. At least for me my enviornment had nothing to do with my tastes when it comes to women and/or body types.
Really? I mean, yeah, they were both hot and had big butts. But how much were they marketed as such? How many movies were they in where the focus of the movie was on girls' big asses? Kristi was in a handful of Buttman movies like that around '95, and Brandy was in 2 of them around '90. Other than that though... Not too many. They were both in a bunch of movies that focused on anal sex, but not so much on the actual size of the asses. How many box covers featured either of these girls where their ass was in the foreground as the main selling point of the girl and of the movie? Actually, I think we agree. I'm with you that the black girls always had big butts. And I always loved them for it. But I'm black, so it kinda makes sense I guess. But a lot of white guys didn't always love the black girls for their big butts, and as you say they used to be into skinny girls with big fake tits. (Well, many of them still are...) But around the time of the start of Katja's career, and J-Lo and Beyonce and other girls with ass starting to come into the mainstream, a lot of white guys have started to notice what you and I have always known - that big butts are awesome. You're missing what's being said. Katja (or anyone)didn't claim she "started" big butt movies and doesn't claim she was the first girl with a big butt (black or white). What she's saying is that she was at one point the most popular big butt girl and she graced the covers of a lot of the first porn series devoted to big butts. She said it all right there in her post I don't understand how you managed to twist it into something else. Big butts have always been around but other than BUTTMAN and very few others there wasn't a whole lot of movies devoted to big butts. Katja helped usher in an era when big butts became a staple of the porn genre. You and others might've been digging girls with big butts before but those were certain girls and not many movies were devoted to placing emphasis on the booty until the era when Katja was so popular.
Like I said in my post I don't think I started it but big butt movies were niche films of mostly ethnic and smaller productions. In 2003 it was taken to mainstream porn and virtually every porn company started making big butt movies where the big ass was the main focus of the whole flick. I don't know if all of a sudden porn producers coincidentally had the same idea and they just all used me for their box covers, could be... you can go back to 2003 and look at any AVN from April 2003 - late 2004 and I was on many, many box covers and they were mostly all ass/anal films. I don't doubt there were girls in porn before me with big butts but they were not featured solely on their big asset. Nowadays when an agent finds a new girl with a big butt (and esp when she does anal too), he will call producers and tell them about that new ass chick. this just hasn't been like that before. Just to put in my two cents. I'm a white dude and have been enamored with bigger butts ever since puberty. No trend in popular culture is going to cause me to change those preferences. It didn't start it, and certainly wouldn't have the power to ever stop it. However, I do think popular culture does have the power to make some more aware and more vocal about liking something. As a white buttman in the company of skinny-lovin' white guys, I may have been less likely to publicly declare my allegiance to the booty in front of them before 40+ inch hips were at the top of the menu. Now that I'm a little older and a little wiser and big butts are in public favor, nothing could stop me whether big butts go out of style or not. As for porn, the first big booty title I remember renting and watching was Buttman's Big Butt Backdoor Babes with Kristi Lynn back in 1995. Kristi Lynn was my first go-to gal for big butts in porn. Well, I lived a number of years in Georgia and currently live in Cali & for me I like the thin girls with some small to medium butts. Take that for what it is, but just saying I like some of both. Thing is, there are numerous fat girls in the South. There are large people everywhere, but there seems to be a preponderance of them in the South. If there are that many around you, it's got to have an effect on the male population's taste even if only to a small extent.
In the interest of confidentiality, I'm a black man. That being said, I think that big butts have always been popular. But that was a stigma for a long time about them with regards to fashion (Kate Moss, Twiggy, and the "waif" phase). Over time, those stigmas have been dying out, due to the dangers of trying to live in that body type (eating disorders, health concerns). So many kept it on the down low, so to speak. As far as my first exposures to adult entertainment, I was shown Nina Hartley, Christy Canyon, Shanna McCulough and Seka. All of these women had curves, and I loved them. That taste has not changed one bit. Give me a woman with curves over a stick figure any day! I have been involved in many interracial relationships, and many of the girls I've dated mentioned that, like Mia Bangg did according to someone's previous post, they hid their bodies out of fear of being made fun of. But they got the attention of a lot of black men. Many of them only date black men because of this, seeing as that is all they seemed to attract. It's kinda sad in some ways, as these wonderful women felt so isolated in that way and hated their bodies. But, it's good that maybe now they're getting the attention for their beauty that they truly deserve.
I've liked women with more curves since I can remember being attracted to women. The skinny girls never really caught my eye. The way I feel is that the skinny girls are built more like little boys and I for sure are not into that. I say bring on the curves!! I think white guys have always liked voluptuous women.
