I read somewhere that all the years of being pissed and spit on caught up to Catalina and that she had a nervous breakdown. After treatment she moved home with her parents with a negative view of the industry. Although I enjoyed much of Max's work, most like because it was all anal, but I never understood why women worked with him. There were far too many BTS of him degrading women and intimidating teens. My suspicion is he broke more women than any other talent, director or industry insider.

I'm not back in the traditional sense. I'm still willing to shoot if it fits into my schedule. Due to school, I'm only available on select days. If producers want me in their movie and it's on a day that I'm free, I'll be up for it. Porn productions are logistically complicated and it's hard for most directors to accommodate anyone's schedule so even though I am willing to shoot, there won't be too many new movies out with me in it.

I would imagine most go into real estate because they find it hard from someone to actually hire them for a regular job. I've read several stories where ex porn stars go to school to be employed in the medical field, graduate, get jobs, and then get fired after people find out they did porn. You are self-employed as a real estate agent. The barriers to entry are low (take a class, pass exam, get a license, affiliate with a company, and get clients). Your hours are flexible and your income is based on finding clients and selling their home or helping them buy a home.
