^ No, I watched the trailer for that and it's not the same scene. She is wearing something different in that one. The one I am talking about is Gianna in and apparently just outside a motel room, wearing a black and white dress. You see her in the motel room on a bed, but also you see her blowing the guy, looks like in a stairwell with traffic going by. They appear to be in view of anyone walking by, or passing cars.
