I've not tried this bodyglide stuff but I often use ID Millennium which is another silicone based product. Two words of warning with these silicone based numbers garnered from personal experience: 1) Don't get the fucker on your steering wheel, it makes it slip through your hands all the way home. 2) You can use them on rubber (and in my experience on silicone toys) but don't let them remain in ciontact for any great length of time. My bottle leaked in a bag containing my dvd remote control and the rubber buttons swelled up many times over until the whole unit looked like some kind of grotesque comedy item and two of the buttons near the edge actually split off because their neighbours swelled to such a degree they were pushed off!
Personally I like to use two lubes together. One is the thinner ID millennium and the other is a thicker lube I make up myself by melting vaseline and baby oil together (about 2:1) to give a slightly less viscous vaseline. Initially for penetrative sex a good coating of the thinned vaseline is applied to all moving surfaces and then the silicone lube is used as an interface liberally between the two (it sort of lubes the lubes). I find this hard to beat, although if you fuck so fast smoke starts to appear graphite grease may be a better solution
There are some pretty good do-it-yourself recipes for lube, but they're generally all oil-based (like Sir Noel Plum's).
SNP's recipe results in a lube that is very similar to Albolene. Albolene is not marketed as a personal lubricant, but rather, as a makeup remover (you can often find it in the drugstore near the cold creams). It turns from solid to liquid around body temperature.
A big tub of Albolene is very inexpensive and lasts a long time. Brilliant stuff for masturbating, but as a petroleum-based product, it's not suited for latex condoms and toys.
yep, albolene is what I use to masturbate. and Probe is excellent for penetration. it comes in thick rich and silky light, I've never tried Eros body glide, where I buy Probe from they're always pushing it, but I've settle on Probe... it's good stuff.

i asked that lube question a few months before and afair yogagrrl had the best tip - it's called "maximus" and you can get it at bodywise.sageweb.co.uk
it can be safely used with all rubber toys even those silicone ones. it's not that thin fluid as much others and it remains where you put it on. my girlfriend and me loves it :>
OK Still waiting for the Bodyglide to arrive i'v now had a chance with Astroglide and Maximus..
Astroglide 1st..
WOW, this is actually very good, i came so quick and it stayed lubricated long enough as well, it's tasteless, and the texture is a very good feeling. Had to use all the 3ml up to get lubricated enough
Maximus..
Well it's not bad, totally tasteless than Astroglide which was good I used all of the 8ml satchet and it dried too quicklly for me.. but it isent bad at all.
i'll try the others when i can..

I bought a bottle of eros bodyglide. haven't really given it a thorough test drive yet but my initial reaction is it's not as slick as probe. it felt similar to olive oil without the color. but the clean up is right on the mark. just seems to evaporate away. I'm going to keep using it to make up my mind better. so many people can't be wrong.
to make things move with more ease to "lubricate" the part(s) that require movement more easilly.
hows that ?

WET is good while you're jacking off. Until you cum all over and realize your hands, dick, and balls are sticky as fuck and will remain that way until you take a shower.
Tony C has been saying since i started a thread a month or so ago, he kept on erging me.. and he was very sinical about it, he was trying desperatlly hard to get his message accross , saying it's the BEST out there, so i just had to try it! and yes this IS the best! there is!
i tried a few others :
Astroglide Maximus ID Lube Silk ?
Astroglide i tried first, and i really did like it Maximus and the "silk" ones werent too bad silk one being worse ID Lube was terrible, one sample packet wasent enought to "sample it" u needed lots of it..
Astroglide was my winning one untill...
i had to order "something" so i chose bodyglide a 250ml, not a sample (even thought i ordered a free one from their site, which never turned up)
first go - and i actually used TOO much. lol i was thinking i needed at least a little bit, but u actually need a very tiny ammount, it was Fucking great! "very" slippery, and it lasted, and lasted, and lasted, and lasted. There was no need to aplly, and aplly it, one tiny bit goes a loooooooong way, i couldn't belive it!. It is great for anal too.

Is eros bodyglide okay for anal use? and is it safe to use with toys made of rubber, plastic, etc. I think that you can't use it with a silicone toy because eros bodyglide is silicone based, but is it safe to use with other toys that aren't silicone?
Eros Bodyglide: ICK! It feels like graphite powder--not that I've ever masturbated with graphite powder, could you even imagine someone doing that? Aw, I take it back, I'm sure someone has (but not me!)
Also, some have raved (not in this thread) about Liquid Silk. Again, ICK! It feels like Elmer's School Glue--not that I've ever masturbated with Elmer's School Glue!
I do actually like ID Glide--yes, it dries up quickly, but it is great for "priming the pump", cleans up easily, and doesn't ever give me problems downstairs.
Thus concludes my lube mini-review (for now.)
With lube, all things are possible. Well, almost all things.
It seems as though lubrication is an important part of your life. Would you lubricate with a fox, would you on a box or in a hill with Mr. Zill? Could you, would you in a train on a boat or in the rain? Would you with a bat or with a dog or even a cat?
I ask, Ivory, because I would lubricate with a fox, on a box or in a hill with Mr. Zill. I would in a train on a boat or in the rain. I would with a bat or with a dog or even a cat.
So lubrication is important, important indeed, but it is important if you can with a Zuzzerzeed!
