I've read interviews with porn stars, where they say they are very happy with their decision to get implants in their breasts, Deauxma, Angelina Valentine and Esperanza Gomez among them. If doing so builds their self-esteem, I'd love to see any of them get it done. I'd rather watch a performer who feels good about herself, than one who hates herself. Even though I'm defending boobjobs in another thread I really don't put much thought into who should get them. If no girl in porn ever got a boobjob from this point forward I'd be fine with it and if they all got boobjobs tomorrow I probably wouldn't mind much (depending on the end results). Good question. Maybe, these obsessed individuals are waiting for Asa Akira to upsize her implants on her small frame, even though IMO she has one of the best boob jobs in terms of quality, size and shape in the business. For the record, I would always prefer any woman to be natural rather than have implants. However, some of my favorite porn stars do have implants and I would like them better natural. Lack of implants hasn't hurt Tori Black's, Allie Haze or Bobbi Starr's career to name a few.
Sasha Grey seemed to do just fine without them too. I think it's possible to become a big star in porn without them especially in Gonzo porn. I tend to think the contract girls might be pressured more into getting them because it seems like most contract girls tend to conform to a particular look and body type. When it comes to contract girls and feature players looks seem to be more important than performance ability. In Gonzo there isn't a narrow expectation of how a girl should look so it's possible to be a big star based on beauty, performance, butt size, boob size, looking young, etc...

Maybe true of Digital Playground girls but the Two Vivid contract girls that come to mind are Allie Haze and Capri Anderson and neither have had implants.
If Jada Stevens got fake tits and ruined her perfect body I'd commit suicide. It's bad enough that Brooke Banner, Lacey DuValle, & Lela Star ruined how great they once looked, I'm not sure my heart or my dick could handle yet another travesty.
I'm sure there are exceptions and I'm sure there are some who already have/had big breasts so implants aren't/weren't nescessary but if you look at the majority of contract girls over the years I think most of them had implants.
Lacey had great breasts and her implants actually looked pretty good. What people have to keep in mind is that women's body's change over the course of time. Just because a girl has breasts that look good when they're young or just starting out doesn't mean they stay looking the same throughout her life. Weight gain, having a baby, weight loss, or other things can cause a women's breats to change. In later years Lacey didn't have the same body she had when she first started and she probably thought they needed a boost help them out.

^I think typically in a lot of cases when a woman gets her breasts reduced implant or not to a relatively smaller size to reduce the amount of loose skin that becomes present due to the implant or fat not taking up that space any longer the doctor will cut away the extra skin to make them firmer. Typically, a vertical cut will be made from the nipple down to the bottom of the breast. The excess skin is removed and the remaining halfs are sewn together. Not all reductions require this or have this done but from what I've seen it's common. There are a few girls in porn who have the vertical scars but I couldn't say for sure if it's always from reduction or to correct a mishap of some sort. Depending on the girl it slightly to very noticable.
