Breast reduction is not usual and very often has to be done for health problems , also a breast reduction it is still natural , there's no plastic in there , it is the same as an haircut a woman with long hair who decide to cut them short is still a natural woman, an haircut is not a wig. as for tattoos I usually don't like them very much , but it is like a too heavy make-up , a tattoo do not actually change your body
Although i am a big fan of natural breasts, i also feel that some girls would benefit from a more defined bustline. I am not talking about the huge ridiculous implants you tend to see on some of the older performers in the business, but just a small increase in size to enhance the visual effect of some girls who are on the rather flat side. My alltime favourite adult performer was Courtney simpson who had very small but beautiful breasts, however i could'nt help feeling that if she had just a cup size larger she would have looked magnificent. Another performer i love to pieces is Heather Starlet, she is so cute and gorgeous, but her breasts let her whole appearance down. If she had a fuller more rounded breast enhancement, just filling her breasts out a little, i think she would look absolutely stunning. My only dislike are the unsightly scars that always give any surgery away instantly.

Courtney is also one of my all time favorite and one of the few that made my wish list to see make a comeback. She truly left us too quickly. I think she had a great career but I guess she wanted something else and I don't blame her. I think her breast were simply amazing. They were perfect for her body type and any implants would have altered her body to a such an extent that she would not have been the same girl. I don't think there's anything wrong with Heather's breast. The problem with wishing that she gets implant is that once she got them then she would be like every other blond, blue eyed porn star with fake breast. I don't think I need to name them because there are tons of them.
As of today (9/29/11)Ariel X's implants are three days old. Personally I don't mind them if they don't go cartoonishly huge. More important than that is that they are doing it 100% for themselves. None of them. Hopefully the trend at least starts to fade. I've noticed more and more female stars having their tattoo's removed. I can think of a host of starlets (who burst onto the scene au naturale) that I lost my feverish interest in immediately after boob jobs. There have only been a few that have successfully made the "jump" as far as my tastes are concerned. Funny thing- I thought Shyla Stylez was scalding hot when she came into the biz. To take this to a more serious level, the question should be "how big does a guy have to be not to want a dick implant?" My guess would be at least 7".

^I think your view is the one that most guys have and that's why there are no surgeons doing research in dick implants. Guys may or may not be thrilled about their equipment but they don't want anybody messing with it. I don't like implants for a couple of reasons but one of them is that the implants rarely turn out well.
