I've seen it being sold on US ebay, but I think they're bootlegged copies and the image of the back of the artwork cover has the warning photoshopped out, probably knowing it's illegal to sell it in the states. I think it have to do with pornography laws in the states as oppose to the laws in Europe, where it is being sold. [Link]
