When you do see a scene where the girl actually finishes the guy off on her face, whether by hand or mouth, was that her decision, or did the director call for it? What's the biggest impediment to the girl actually bringing the guy to orgasm -- a mindset among directors and performers, or some sort of physical limitation that makes it difficult for make performers to achieve an orgasm in a more passive fashion?
