First is if the actress is even willing to do it. Second is if the actor is into it. Some aren't. Then there is the director and their preference, and the site and if they're into generating that kind of content. It all varies. Blacked.com has produced a few excellent rimming scenes recently, but to your point, the Megan Rain scene wasn't one of them.
