First things first, so llet me tell you that I live in Germany where the IR issue just is no issue. Simply because of the fact, that Black / Coloured / Negroid people are a minority so small, that it is almost unseeable. In the US of course, you have the racial issues for more than 250 years. And 60 million black people are not a minority in a "minority" sense.
And that's where I have some problems with US society. While I, and probably most Europeans, not even bother if someone is black, white, Asian or whatever color skin can be, in the US there a special tag for: IR, Interracial
