I'm clicking through some links on a TGP website and I happen upon some sample clips for a website called, "Teen Hitchhikers." When I go back to my external HD's, the oldest stuff I find now that I found worth keeping is from 2003, although I know that there has been a number of lost files that went back to '99. But that was after my video-store time, obviously. So the most vivid thing I remember from then was to occasionally stumble over parts of a series I later recognized to be the Gang Bang Girl - series, at the time it wasn't so easy to pinpoint for me because they were released under obscure German names and it wasn't even obvious there *was* a series, due to what they did with their licenses for the local market. The one GBG episode I would pinpoint was without any doubt the boxing ring scene with Sabrina Johnson and Nikki Brantz which I literally played back until the VHS tape ripped from all the pausing and advancing in smallest steps and I fixed it with scotch tape. From that point on, I remember how I could exactly tell at which point some seconds of action would be gone missing and it made me crazy. I think what really hooked me was the short progression from tidy and nice to all out messy and sweaty and whatelse. Now you could argue that this wasn't exactly gonzo because it was "story based" and I wouldn't argue with you but I can say for sure it was what brought the idea of gonzo closer to my consumer heart, although even to this time, I find it easier to be really captivated when there is at least a little something of hint of story to fuel my initial imagination.  Anyway, going back to my HD's, the names that keep returning in the file names are the obvious for the time:Jenna Haze (of course!!!)
