I made it to vegas last night and checked into the hard rock (why does the check in process here take so LONG)?
I also ran into my first porn star of the show (I will leave her unnamed but pass along a comment) I asked her what she was looking forward to this week and she said meeting fans, but that she hoped they would remember to bathe, use deodorant and brush their teeth. And if they were men to also shave.
We sat in the lobby and spoke for a bit and she also said that just because they follow each other on social media does not make them friends, for fans to be cognizant of the line behind them.

Hello all,
I have compiled a list of all the ladies who are supposedly signing in Vegas tomorrow through Saturday, with as many agencies/booths/days/times that are known as of this moment.
I speak for myself, and I'm sure others who frequent this topic, by saying it would be really cool to hear people's experiences from actually being at the show in Vegas. Like the eyes and ears for the many of us who aren't able to be there, for one reason or another.
For example, discussing things like.....
How long are the lines ? Which girls seem to have the longest lines ? How much are the ladies charging for signing photos ? What kind of restrictions are in place this year from the "powers that be"(any additions to last year's) ? How are things set-up ? Neat and orderly, or sloppy and disorienting ? Is the crowd well-behaved and civil ? How much security is there ? If you have been there before, would you rate things better or worse from your total overall experience ?

First off thanks to Bigjigglies for all the post on ladies signing and the others for posting also.
^ Lines are not that bad but they should pickup Thursday and Friday Riley Reid and Angela White had the longest lines I seen signed for auto's from $5.00 - 20.00. Riley booth was selling their 8X10's for $5 and then signing whatever you had Same BS restrictions as last year, no backpacks etc but did notice they added no bags over 4 x 8 The area is setup nice with the Vixen BS gone and MindGeek not there or by each other when they were so you can actually move around and enjoy yourself Security is always heavy at the Hard Rock but they did have LVMPD walking the floors

Madison ivy is at the show. I didn't see her today but talked with someone who did. I was told she has a booth in the artist hall (?).the one room that is primarily toys. She did announce on twitter she would be there.
Josyln james and Jada Stevens Thurs and Fri respectivly are dancing at centrefolds across the street from the hardrock.
Nikki Delano is featuring at little darlings Fri and sat evenings
Bella rose is featuring at sapphires Thursday night.
There is a comedy show at sapphires Thursday at 8 with Ron Jeremy, Evan Stone and Kate Kennedy among others.
The hardrock/avn policy on cameras seems to be cameras are ok with detachable lenses under 6" and no external flashes or detachable accessories. No iPads, no camcorders or go pros for non media. I was very happy they settled on this and seem to be consistent in enforcing the rules.
It's less crowded the 1st day but a lot if avn vets noticed right away that the booth layout and line configurations are much much better this year. They seem to be taking crowd control more seriously than they have in the past few years.

Does anyone who is at the show know if Candice Dare, Dillion Harper, Priya Rai, Lana Rhoades, or August Taylor are signing yet (or if not, what their FRI/SAT schedules are) ?
Candice Dare signed in the Joint on Wed & Thurs, D Harper signed (?) in the joint today, refused to sign photos for many people but did sign them for some.
Lana Rhoades is Saturday only at the Riley Reid booth.
It was my first year there so I can't comment on what's normal or not. As what was previously mentioned. Riley Reid & Angela White had the longest lines, but I would add Adriana Chechik to that as well. From my two days that I was there, I was in line for 90 minutes for Riley, 2 hours for Adriana & 2 1/2 hours for Angela.
The ladies at the AdultTime and Evil Angel booths were signing and taking photos for free. Riley Reid's booth was $5 per photo they provided. Jules Jordan booth was $20 for each lady.
Some of the line setups were pretty bad. Angela's line on Friday was moved 4 times by different security guards before they finally lined people up against a wall.

Last years lines were pretty nuts for the wait time to meet I think Adriana, but can't totally remember. I remember is it was a long wait even with that VIP pass and then to wait in another long ass line for a meet would've been the worse.
This is the 4th year my wife and I had attended. We were at the show Thursday and Friday, and just flew back to NorCal this morning.
Once inside, the lines weren't unreasonable. Riley Reid's booth had consistently long lines.
On the subject of lines, there are three lines to enter; the VIP line inside the casino, a prepaid ticket line, and a box office ticket line outside the Joint. Here's my issue; I paid for my tickets months ago. Why is the bachelor party group able to buy tickets at the box office and get through security before I am? Why not push the prepaid ticketholders through first, then start processing the box office line? Small irk, but it seems like it would be more efficient for everyone.
It was $5-10-20 bucks for various signed items. My real rub is the girls who expect payment for photos with them but don't have any signs or menus indicating that. I don't fault them for trying to make a buck; by all means, get what you can! However, after spending over $3000 to get there, pay for a room, eat, drink, buy tickets, etc, I'm not in much of a mood to pay for a photo with a starlet. I did pay April O'Neal, because I like her a lot. I did not pay Nikki Delano, who told us it was $20 for a photo with me, but free for my wife. Again, I don't fault them for cashing in. On the other hand, I don't enjoy feeling like a schmuck when I say "No, Sorry." when I turn them down. There's no indication that one girl is going to charge versus the girl right next to her. Just put up a damn sign. Make it better for everyone.
I saw people turned away at the door with backpacks, but my wife got in with her fanny pack, so it looked like the 4x8 bag rule was a hard rule. The word we got on cameras at the door was that any camera with a removable lens was not allowed. Thank god I didn't bring my 70D this year! As a result, I didn't get nearly as many photos with my phone. I don't understand the rule, other than for the protection of the "official" industry photographers, or approved media photographers... which is not fan friendly at all, and generally horseshit. I'll bring my phone and my stabilizer next year and shoot video all day.
Setup was the same, with the Joint being used primarily for agencies, and the Muse and Artist halls for studios, producers, cam/clip sites. MFC had their girls in the hallway again, and the Lair was upstairs in the Joint.
With Vixen Media, PornHub, etc not displaying this year, there was room to fill. The enormous traffic jam around the Vixen booth was gone, but the crowd between Riley Reid's booth and AVN Stars right across from it was unbearable and just as bad. I also didn't dig the booths being raised off the ground this year. Hell, if I couldn't see name badges, I couldn't recognize half of the performers because I was looking upwards toward their face.
I felt like without the big studios there, a lot of performers didn't make the show. That was disappointing.
Crowd was well behaved. Much more busy on Friday than Thursday, but that's standard. There was A LOT more security there this year. There were HRH/AVN security at nearly every booth, and LVPD wandering the floor.
How was it compared to previous years? I'm not going to lie, it was disappointing this year. I had discussions with at least three performers/associated people who I have gotten to know over the past 4 years and they've said the same thing. Even Holly Randall said it was a very different, subdued vibe this year.
We'll head back for 2021, mainly to see how things change when HRH becomes Virgin, but I think this is an industry in flux, and I wonder how long AVN can continue to cannibalize it's own industry with the AVN Stars platform, and I wonder if Cams or clips will sustain this show. If I had known months ago what I know right now, I never would have laid out the expense.
And that's really, really sad. We looked forward to the show every year. This year was a big disappointment.
The booth that I was most dissapointed with was ManyVids. No banners to help identify girls. I did not get a single autograph there.
Long lines at Riley was mainly for Riley, if you came in from the AVN end you could get the other girls without waiting in the line.
As for prices, I did not pay any girl over $2 to sign one of my items. Some girls like Kimber Woods told me that it was $10 per signature and I just threw the photos away. Another girl at the 101 booth told me they were required by the show to charge $20 per signature but if I was sneaky abut paying she would do it for $10. When I explained that their was no requirement and that 98% of the girls were signing for $1-2 per signature she just said she could not do that.
I enter the show thru the "Trade" entrance and each day it never opened on time.
As for security, there was a lot but it did not seem any more than any other year at the Hard Rock.
Will I go back next year? OF course I will. Will I stay at the Hard Rock? Probably early in the week (Mon-Thurs) than move across the street to the Embassy Suites, which is a short 5 minute walk. After talking with the hotel, they expect a sharp increase in room rates when the reopen on October or November. My four nights was $900, including the resort fee that covered use of the swimming pool, which was closed.
We got a deal at Mandalay Bay, and the Lyft rides were about 8 bucks. Not a bad deal. Thinking about Alexis Suites next year, if we can't get into Virgin.
We stayed at HRH 2 years ago, with a great last-minute deal on a Jr. Suite. Staying on-site is huge. The ability to skip up to the room for a fresh shirt, or to grab a drink, or bang one out is a big deal. Running into people in the elevators and hallways was a lot of fun. The key is to not be a fanboy. Be courteous, respectful and businesslike and it'll get you a long way. So, we're planning and saving starting today. Room at Virgin, VIP tickets, etc. Planning to do all the things and spend the money that makes up for the inconveniences of coming in off the street.

Airbnb is your friend for Vegas. This year was a lot better for me then the last couple of years, I loved the steps at the AVN stage, brought back good memory's of when it was at the Sands. Riley's booth was a mad house but was crazy yesterday when Lana finally showed up and was great to see her back, she looked amazing. Adult Time, Jules, Bang Bros and Evil Angel also had great talent and will continue to support those company's that continue to show up to AEE. The most I paid for autos was $10, Sunny Lane and Christy Canyon and like I posted earlier Ginger Lynn was trying to get $20 and most including myself just pasted her after getting Christy.
