I do know of two ladies (and no, I won't say who) who have scars in a couple places, and they tend to wear things during their shooting to hide them. Derma-Blend doesn't cover enough for them. Personally, if a lady has body-image issues, I'm not sure she should be trying to work them out in front of a porn director's camera.
