There can't be a much more common male fantasy than watching two girls getting down to it before 'joining in' yourself - so it's no surprise it's such a ubiquitous porn scenario. Personally, I love this kind of thing but I'd rather it was an unknown(ish) guy getting lucky. Seeing someone like Manuel Ferrara getting to bed two beautiful women for the umpteen-millionth time does get a bit wearisome.

The reason why I like girl girl is I'm a totally straight guy who doesn't want to see guys' dicks.
The chicks, yes, but not the dicks.
Especially ugly guys' dicks. Ugly and old which is what most of the male 'talent' are.
Girl girl has many levels, from sensual to wild. Oral to strapon, it's all fantastic.
WHEN IT'S DONE WELL.
When it's done badly, I switch off. When badly filmed, edited and fake, it's garbage. I don't bother with it.
But I would say in today's age, 80% of lesbian porn is pretty good, but the sh** directors, camera operators and editors are lesbian porn's worst enemies.

I hate girl/girl porn, I think it's a waste of time watching two women fuck each other with a fake dick, whats the point? Us men have real dicks and we do it better and with real aggression, I do like watching hot girls make out though that gets me off especially with a double ended dildo in their mouths, but the strapon bullshit is bores me, sometimes the anal fisting is OK but there's always a lack of aggression that us men naturally have, overall it's lame.

LOL - tell that to Annette Schwarz.
Most women channel their aggression because social norms tell them to. Doesn't mean they don't have any.

I'm a man and I don't enjoy watching 2 girls. It doesn't turn me on at all, other than the nakedness of the female bodies. For me I started by looking at Playboy magazine then graduated to Hustler/Penthouse etc.. Then VHS porn and the evolution toward actual sex (between man and woman) is where it all converged to. Everything else is just a step backwards and filler now.

Lesbian porn has come a long way sine the 1980s.
Shaved pussies mean girls always tell each other how 'pretty' theirs is.
Sex is more real. It's harder sex and the scenes much longer in duration. Most girl girl performers actually love girls.
All I'm waiting for now is a revelation in lesbian porn: scenes uncut, unedited, lasting 3 or 4 hours each.
No directors, no nasty edits messing up the scenes. Just raw action where we the viewer control the camera angles.

I'm sure it has come a long way but fundamentally they aren't having sex, they are stimulating each other. Which is probably where my disinterest stems from.

Fundamentally, in 99% of modern b-g porn they're not having sex, in that there are none of the aspects that make sex the wonder that it is, such as foreplay, kissing, empathy, eye contact, close body contact etc. They're just stimulating a penis until it ejaculates. Some sex. Might as well show a guy jerk off... oh wait, that's exactly what they're doing at the end of every scene, so that the precious "money shot" is produced.
Ultimately, that's where the disinterest of g-g fans comes from when it comes to modern b-g. Since none of it is real sex, might as well watch a version of this non-sex that features women as the main attraction, rather than some dude's dick.

Oh geez, "fundamentally" not having sex, meaning, there's no penis inside a vagina, therefore it's not "real" sex. That's what we're talking about here. Everything is focused on the dick. That's why B/G porn is shitty.
Interestingly enough, I remember seeing a poll of straight men, straight women, gay men, and lesbians, asking if they're feeling satisfied with their sex life, and lesbians had the highest amount of yes answers. Not bad for not having "real" sex.
Ass destroyer, I am an assman much like you (except for the whole agression, destroying, and anal fisting stuff), I just don't like seeing the wide gaping hole. I do tend to enjoy the openers from some ass themed movies where they have what I call the "ass follow" shot, where the camera follows a girl's butt close up while she's walking. They need more of that, and less cum farting.

Bzzzzt!!! Penises-in-Vaginas are so 1986. "Sex" means a penis inside a rectum these days.
(BTW, like you I really like anal, IRL as well. As sex, not as a humiliation/endurance ritual as it is in porn).

I'm sorry, if it's not an IR anal gangbang, where the girl orgasms as they spit in her mouth, then licks the splooge off the floor while the studs hurl degrading taunts at her, I just can't get it up anymore.

It's just so HOT!! I'd much rather watch two women going at it. I don't mind watching a dick in porn, because I can fantasize that it's my dick, but that's all I want to see from a man. I wouldn't care if the whole scene never once showed the guy's face.

Because I enjoy seeing hot women doing incredibly nasty shit to each other. IMO there is nothing better in the world of porn than that. Adding naked men to a scene takes screen space away from the beautiful female body (or bodies).
What's not sexy is when we see b/g porn with the girls half dressed and the dude is 100% naked. What's worse is when the male can't keep his hands off of the girl. So instead of seeing boobs or pussy lips you see the back of a manly and hairy hand (I'm looking at you James Dean, Anthony Rosano, Jordan Ash). Or we are denied the view of a sexy girl's face and forced to watch it being stepped on by man feet (Manuel Ferrara, Mr. Pete, Rocco). What's unforgivable is when the camera is pointed behind the b/g action and directly up a dude's anus(which happens a lot).
Why are men attracted to g/g porn? The real question should be how can you be attracted to b/g porn and still call yourself a completely heterosexual male? Not that there's anything wrong with a man getting off to a video filled with butt-naked dudes but let's keep it real. If naked men turn you on doesn't that mean you have at least a little bit of bi-sexuality in you?

Lol. I've purposefully said that there was nothing wrong with men being sexually stimulated by the images of naked male performers. You are projecting your own contempt. Also there are levels of sexual preference. You are aware that some people are sexually attracted to both genders? It's all a matter of degree.
You can be straight and still experience sexual pleasure while watching porn where the male gets as much screen space as the girl(more screen space in dp and gang-bangs). Logically speaking gay men and bi-sexual men also enjoy looking at the male body. It's really not that difficult of an idea to grasp.

Pfft; childish.
The human mind focuses on what interests it and ignores what does not. The reason it does this is that if it tried to take in all the information available to it then it would quickly be overwhelmed.
I, and other males like me, can watch hetero porn without focusing on, much less being aroused by, the male precisely because we're not interested in him. We're interested in the female. The value the male brings is in engaging the woman, not as an object of our lust.

Okay. The core of your "argument" is that everyone who enjoys heterosexual porn is enjoying it because of the "naked male performers." It's difficult to imagine that anyone could genuinely believe that, so I assumed you were trolling by calling viewers of non g/g porn gay, or bisexual, or whatever. If you do really believe that, then you aren't spiteful, you're just seriously misguided.

Wrong. The human mind processes ALL of the information gathered by your five senses. Even the stuff that you try not to focus on but is still seen peripherally gets stored in your brain.
Memory on the other hand is different. We can choose to consciously remember only parts of an experience and try to forget or suppress the unpleasant parts. We can re-write the details of an experience in order to feel better about ourselves. That's what you are doing when you use the "I don't even notice that the guy is there" argument. But according to science that is literally impossible.

The core of my argument is that the reality of b/g porn is that by definition there is a naked man (or men)on the screen in front of you. You can lie to yourself but you can't separate the girl from the guy that's on top of her. When you're turned on by Manuel Ferrara fucking your favorite female performer part of your arousal is being caused by him. No "belief" is necessary on my part.

Define processes. As I recall, everything goes into short-term memory, but not everything goes into long term memory. So, if, when you say 'The human mind processes ALL of the information', you're talking about the process of converting short-term into long-term then you're wrong, with very few exceptions - like twenty people out of 7 billion.
More to the point, a magic trick works by misdirecting your attention, and it works right in front of your eyes. Ergo, you saw it but your conscious mind didn't bother to process it. Instead, it made an assumption.

The article you've linked is describing how we remember small details from any experience. For example if you are watching a scene you may not notice that at the beginning the male performer had no jewelry on but because of editing he was wearing a gold necklace during the cum shot.
All of this is irrelevant anyway as you've committed a logical fallacy. You are trying to compare viewing a pornographic scene to observing a magic trick? It's a faulty comparison and thus renders your argument invalid. No one is trying to draw your attention away from the naked guy in an adult b/g scene. The fact that some people can't get sexually exited by porn without at least one male performer proves where the viewers focus and attention is directed.

Lesbian porn is a heterosexual male's antidote to seeing too much of another man's cock - which some heterosexual males fear has the insidious effect of automatically making them gay. Now because two vaginas cancel out a cock and any lingering thoughts of a cock that may reside in a heterosexual male's brain, in theory you should also be able to throw two lesbians into any heterosexual scene and essentially erase the cock from the scene altogether, thereby permitting the heterosexual male to enjoy viewing not only the heterosexual female but also the two lesbians, should he for whatever reason, be attracted to lesbians.

Both are communicated into your brain via your eyes and your ears. Both are processed by your frontal lobes. So, yes, there are comparisons to be made. Despite your attempt to denigrate it, the magic trick clearly demonstrates that just because something is happening before our eyes doesn't mean that we are attending to it.
In regard to your claim, this means that the fact that a male is in our field of view does not prove he is the focus of our attention. Someone much more interesting than the male is there - the female. He is a useful adjunct to our fantasy, either by standing in for us, or in that he elicits certain responses from the female, or both, but he isn't the reason that we're watching.

Forgive me but I have never heard anything dumber in all my born days than the - sadly all too prevalent - argument that straight males viewing heterosexual porn have to have something of a 'gay' streak in them simply by virtue of the fact that there is another man, or mens, cock on screen. Exactly how is hetero porn supposed to exist without there being cocks involved? As far as I'm concerned, those guys on screen are surrogates for myself. I want to do whatever it is they're doing to those girls - since I'm unable to then watching someone else do it is the next best thing.
If watching hot girls get their holes stretched by cocks makes me gay then, fine, I'm gay and happy to be so.

Your comparison of viewing porn to a magic trick is just as idiotic as saying Pepto-Bismol is the same thing as Vodka because both liquids are broken down in your stomach via your mouth. They are totally different things as you don't drink Pepto to get drunk and you don't drink Vodka to relieve heartburn or an upset tummy. This is why you can't build an argument on a faulty comparison.
I find it fascinating that no one here but me finds the statements "I'm not watching b/g porn because of the boy" and "I'm not into porn if there's no boy in it" contradictory.
Oh well, I'm done. Excuse me while I go beat off to an all girl anus stretching vid...

Actually, they are both the same thing as far as your digestive system is concerned - liquids to be broken down into their basic components.
You see, point of view matters. You are welcome to yours, so long as you do not use it as an excuse to denigrate others (oops! too late), but you are not welcome to ignore what we tell you our points of view are simply in order to suit your own prejudices.

Actually your digestive system isn't concerned with anything (see definition of "concerned"). You choose whether Pepto or or Vodka would be beneficial for specific circumstances, wants and needs.
Point of view does matter but so does objective reason and logic. I haven't denigrated anyone. I do not believe that you having a possible sexual attraction to men is a negative thing. I never made a moral judgement on sexual preference.

After reading these last few posts, I'm convinced it's actually Love who's harbouring a secret attraction to male pornstars and is therefore watching g/g porn to avoid having to confront those feelings. In fact, this must almost certainly be true of everybody who prefers g/g over b/g porn. Not that there's anything wrong with that!
(This "pretending to know better what makes other people tick than they do themselves" approach sure is convenient.)

It must be the slower pace and often the very pretty contenders not to mention the guarantee of softer moments and the lack of cocksupply. For many that could be a good mix I would guess.

It's kinda gay how this thread started leaning toward a "You're gay!" – "No, you're gay" type of discussion. Who cares? What does it matter when we’re talking about g/g sex, which, after all, isn't completely hetero.
I watch g/g porn, although not exclusively. I can not speak for anyone other than myself. And, I should identify what kind of g/g porn I'm talking about.
Although I have been known to pick up some Meow titles or rougher Belladonna stuff, and other random g/g scenes (some of it even getting pretty dark), my preference in the sub-genre is for material from Sweet Sinner/Girlfriends/Girl Candy… and stuff like that. Strangely (or not?), I don't think I've ever actually watched an all-out queer movie-- as in, one made specifically for lesbians… unless, do Justine Joli's dramas count? (And I have that Dirty Diaries compilation that came out some years ago, but still haven’t watched it…) Anyway, although I think it's interesting to differentiate between general g/g stuff and all-out strictly gay stuff (and where/how the lines get blurry), I'm getting off-topic.
To answer the question: Why I (me, solely, as a guy) like some g/g porn, is, well... because of a lot of reasons. Imperator has already explained some of them perfectly. But while he is bothered by the phallocentric nature of most mainstream porn-- and I do agree, it is too static in every way, especially its focus on male pleasure-- I'll clarify that seeing dicks does not bother me. (I don't feel like it is gay, or rather I don't care if it might be gay, to get off on watching a dick in action doing its thing.)
Jesus, I cannot get on topic. Let me start over.
One of the reasons I like watching g/g scenes is because it is comforting for me to see women being their sexual selves. I mean, I like knowing that they are sexual individuals even without men, and without unneeded male guidance.
I don't always feel a need to interject my penis into every scene in order for it to be a turn-on. It's kind of the same, for me, with watching solo/masturbation porn.

Bingo. It is a pickle, no doubt about it. Bad news is there's no way you can really know if I'm being honest or not, so it's really up to you. Just have to make up your own damn mind to either accept that I find b/g porn to be an absolute boner killer or reject it.

I think part of the appeal of G/G porn has to do with being able to imagine yourself being intimate with the girl/girls, without the intrusion of a male presence.
Kissing and fondling an attractive girl is a turn-on as far as I'm concerned.
So is watching competent pussy eating -- without an ugly guy's face in the picture.
But, please -- PLEASE -- no fucking toys
Also, the girls that can "get away with" only doing G/G or masturbation scenes, from my experience, tend to be at the top of the attractive list.
Note that I did not say that there aren't many equally top of the attractive list girls that do do B/G porn.
Rather, just that the girls that refuse to do B/G and still get lots of G/G only work tend to be very attractive.
BTW, I love the "lipstick lesbian" genre.

I've been watching porn since age 15 and can honestly say I've never gotten sexually aroused by lesbian porn. I just don't get the appeal of it at all. Why a straight male would get turned on by two women who want nothing to do with men always made no sense to me, it's almost semi-masochistic in a way.

Toys are okay if used minimally, but i'm not over keen on them which is why, when I watched this weeks 'hot and mean' effort with Phoenix Marie and Kiara Mia I thought "what the fuck is this". Brazzers has done some crap with regards to 'hot and mean' but this...and it apparently it was just part 1. It was a boring toy fest and I want the 42 mins of my life back.
