well i'm sure they do but the question is, do they care? i don't think they do, a white man doesn't feel the same way a black man does when he gets rejected because of his race.

all good but you watch vanilla scenes as well, by interracial fans i don't mean people who also like interracial i mean people who are almost strickly interracial like me, actually the only thing that matters to me is interracial, i don't care for anal or anything else. You should also consider the source. The opinions of a few people working in porn is not "almost everybody." Also, why should anyone else care what these few people think? Why should their racial views, however stupid they may be, be of any relevance to the rest of us? Hearing a porn chick say that she doesn't like black guys doesn't make me think that there's something wrong with me. Will it lower my opinion of her, cause me to think she's an idiot, and completely turn me off from watching anymore of her scenes? Yes. But it's definitely not something worth losing any sleep over. I just don't see how the opinion of a porn chick is that big of a deal. Plus, we've seen from numerous examples that many non-IR girls actually do IR off-camera. The reason most of them don't do it on camera has more to do with the politics of the industry than anything else.
How do they feel?

Attitudes of such a callous nature occur whenever relationships are based solely on financial gain. You can go back into cleopatra times and the Egyptians would routinely execute people if they got in the way of a business deal and had little clout or family influence. Same way with the mob. All the punks getting rubbed out were from low class Sicilian background. most of the dudes executed at the St. valentines day massacre were of Sicilian herutage. Hell, look at jim Thorpe, look at Jack Johnson, both victims of low class discrimination. Same thing would have happened to babe ruth if he didn't make the Yankees so much money.
Where did you get that from? So universally all white men and all black men feel the same (as each other) about being rejected because of their race?
It's easy to say it's a white mans world and to an extent I do agree, racism does exist - but it's a lot less than what is was. The most powerful man in world - the president of the USA is black, and was elected by a country that is predominately white. I think a lot of black people are far to quick to play the race card. I failed to get into college. It's cos I'm black. I can't get a job. It's cos I'm black. I failed in life. It's cos I'm black. She won't bang me. It's cos I'm black. A lot of things have nothing to do with what race you are. I don't think a girl has ever said "I won't do black guy because I don't like black people, I don't find black men appealing" etc. I would imagine they would just say "I don't do black guys". Then people automatically assume it's because of race. It might be, but it also might not be. Lots of people like IR, so holding out for a while might get you more money as a result. I am sure Alexis Texas got a lot more when she did Anal on camera, because she didn't do it for some time. I feel she is vastly overrated... but that's another story. Many have said that. There is a long list. One famous one was Felix Vicious who said that she will never fuck any black man for 1 million dollars. She was having a discussion about the Kobe Bryant rape case. Then she was asked why. Her answer was "Because they are black" There are many other cases and as mentioned earlier there was this girl who made the "dog" comment.
U know that the women in porn are some of the most open minded people out there, right? If they feel that way, how do you think that the "regular" folks really think? By "regular" folks I'm talking about the general population.

I disagree with your "race card" statement. Racial discrimination is real, and must not be trivialized by being compared to a game. Those who experience it are not making excuses. They are sharing the unfortunate reality of the society in which we live.
Some have said exactly that.
The whole idea that IR pays more money is racist in itself. Why should a white porn chick be paid more money for fucking a black guy than she would for fucking a white guy? Is there more work involved in fucking a black guy? Is there something about fucking a black that's different about fucking a white guy? If not, then why the need to pay more money for it? This is one of the examples of the racist practices of the industry as a whole that I mentioned earlier. Edited by - realtip on 12/18/2009 8:14:24 PM

Over 80% of white girls in porns wont do i.r. An actual porn insider told me that. I foget the guys name, it will come back to me and you can ask him. The young girls are usually the kind i like and there numbers go up over 90% dodge rate.
I never understand people who talk about all these women who do i.r. maybe yall are talking about over the years a lot of girls have? i.R. is milf dominated and thats unfortunate. I guess a lot of people like the old milfs though. Take a look at nubiles .net or karupsha, outside a couple, virtually none of the girls will do i.r. IR needs more CUTE young girls fast! ;)
You know i prefer black women, but black girls in porn are becoming uglier and uglier. I guess most beautiful black women choose not to do porn. So for the actual topic, I think this is one of the reason black guys care about i.r.

no one with sense disputes this. we can share a water fountain. things have gotten better.
there's a difference between thinking 'things are screwed enough so we try something outside the box' and 'wanting to hang out with the black guy next door, wanting to work with him, and wanting him dating my daughter.'
I grew up poor, I'm black, but I went to college and now make a good living as an engineer. I understand there's merit to what you're saying. but racism is a LOT more prevalent than you think. I've long held the belief that one of the hardest things to do in American society is be a non-racist white guy and understand racist white guys.
you can't be that out of touch with reality. search THIS site. it's here.
Hmm, why do I want to see a girl do an IR scene? Oh here's the answer. Because I want to. That's all. It's my money and that's what I want. If I go to an auto dealer and see a car I like, but it's in red and I want it in blue, nobody says you're crazy for wanting that blue car. The red car runs exactly the same, but I want it in blue. I prefer the way the blue car looks. It's a personal preference. I prefer to watch IR scenes, not just for the fantasy fulfillment, but for the contrast and any other number of reasons. Some guys only watch girl/girl. Why do they like that? I could come up with a bunch of reasons, but it boils down to it's what they like. That's why sofas come in a hundred different colors, sheets, ice cream, TV channels, t-shirts at the Gap, everything generally has a bunch of different ways you can have it. Personal preference. The simple truth is the industry is a money making endeavor and yet even though there is money to be made from shooting IR scenes (plenty of fans of the genre are white so it has crossover appeal and girls usually get paid in excess for their first scene which means it sells well enough to merit additional pay)some people approach it from a race standpoint first and it's no longer business. It's about race. How many girls have worked with Ron Jeremy in the last several months over at Jurassic Cock? Do all them find him more attractive than say former personal trainer Justin Slayer or CJ Wright who's ripped like a Calvin Klein model. I don't doubt some of the girls could in theory find an overweight senior citizen more their type than an attractive black man, but all of them? Seems unlikely. I'd say 25-40% of the girls in the industry aren't true bisexuals but shoot girl/girl at least at some point in their career. Why? Because there's money to be made. It's good business. If your point of reference as a white guy is "I wouldn't mind if some girls didn't fuck a white guy," it's like saying I wouldn't mind if the girl rode in on a unicorn. It's highly unlikely it'll happen or that you'll know what its like to be treated like a subset without any real purchasing power or influence. Realistically, 99.999999% of girls in porn will fuck some white guy. And if you like white on white porn for any number of reasons and not just vicarious wish fulfillment, you'll get off on it. Asking this question is like asking why some people fuck interracially in real life. It's whatever floats your boat. Explaining sex is somewhat pointless. You can't really predict what gets someone hard or wet. And another reason that also explains why white girls are in such demand and black girls get the shit end of the stick is the dangling carrot. Generally if you want to see a black girl doing anything in porn outside of fucking a goat, it's pretty easy to find. Porn doesn't pay black women very well and some of the best looking black women who are modeling make their money through other methods i.e. "video vixens" in rapper's video shoots. But the black women who are in industry have to do more to get any bookings and attention, so if you want to see something pretty outrageous with 90% of black female pornstars, you'll find it. But many of the top white girls in the industry "pace their careers." The girl you find hot, doesn't do IR, doesn't do anal, doesn't do multiples, doesn't swallow, only works with her boyfriend, etc... And they trade in on that value. It's not a wrong thing to do, but if you ask many girls they understand they are creating an anticipation and demand by doing it. So they obviously understand that they are manipulating the fans who want to see IR, right? And do people generally like being manipulated? No. So do you understand how that could cause SOME resentment? I'm not gonna pretend that a post on here is gonna make many people understand more than a slight bit of what some fans feel. However I do always find it's so limited to assume just because something doesn't bother YOU, it shouldn't bother someone else.
Ron Jeremy? Surprised lots of girls who say that they won't work with black guys for attraction reasons work with this guy. Even teens ,who are usually picky, love the man.The unicorn analogy is great.

From what I heard it's more like 70% who refuse to do it. That still sounds unbelievable. With big names, it's less than 70 % (maybe 50)but if you take into account all those unknown D level girls, I can see why it will be close to 70%. Most unknown C to D level chicks don't do it but nobody talks or cares about them. Edited by - Llvladk on 12/19/2009 11:03:12 AM
Come on, man. No more sob stories. You can count ,with your five fingers, all the female performers who had a long career and had never done a black dude.(I even found out that gloria leonard did a black dude) Just Check iafd. You sound almost as if not doing black guys is the most heinous crime imaginable or something. What about not doing a midget? There are a lot of porn sluts who openly ridiculed midgets and stated that they would never do them.
What do you define as a long career? Ten years? Five? I can guarantee I can come up with a list so long it'll make you wish you reading a Chinese phonebook instead. (I exaggerate slightly there for comedic effect) But I promise I can come up with a lengthy list with ease if prompted. I don't really feel like it's worth it, and I normally wouldn't bother as I don't like to single the ladies out for their opinion or career path unless I'm trying to make a point, but would do it just to make the point. And here's the thing about your final statement, I guarantee if you're a fan of midget porn, you are annoyed there's not more scenes. If there's a big enough market for it, I think there should be plenty of midget porn. Why aren't midgets getting fucked or fucking if there's money to be made? it does seem somewhat silly that porn people leave money on the table if its there to be made in a legitimate format. And I'm not saying that facetiously. If people want a product in large enough numbers that there's a significant profit margin, somebody should be making it. That's just good business, isn't it?
LOL dude. By that logic if there is enough demand for IR porn enough money will be offered to the performers so that more girls will be doing IR. Some girls flat out refuse to do midgets. I will be more specific... Lauren Phoenix. She was at least nice enough not to overtly offend midgets;others find it offensive that it is even suggested. Lauren Phoenix said midgets reminded her of children and she was uneasy with its implication. It is about as phony as white performers' not doing IR because of the size issue. And if you just respect the business aspect of it, you should respect the white girls' decisions too. Many of them work as an "escort" or a dancer. Many white customers see IR-doing porn starlets as tainted and the girls may lose some business. Even sobbing requires some degree of consistency and you should work on it.
Well, no. Women generally get paid more for their first IR, especially if they've built up an audience. I'm fairly certain that's been established in any number of posts and threads from within the industry. If that's a sticking point in the argument, I wouldn't bother continuing as you don't have a grasp of the subject. And where does my argument contradict Lauren Phoenix's right to refusal? Nowhere. Lauren Phoenix doesn't have to fuck a midget. It's her right to say no, just as it is a girl's right to say no to IR. However, if there's a big market (which to be honest, I don't think there is) I don't understand how so few girls would if they are in a business to make top money. And next, we really should stop using the term midget. It's quite offensive from what I understand. Little people or dwarf (from the condition which is commonly referred to as dwarfism)are usually acceptable. Girls in the business have fucked transsexuals as the genre enjoyed a brief phase of popularity. They weren't doing it before but it was paying well for a while and they did it. It's just weird to understand exactly why some acts seem more deniable than others when there's a good paycheck on the line. As it pertains to race, it's still a taboo subject and it colors financial decisions. Which again is a girl's right. However porn is an industry based on delivering a product that an audience wants to view. Now is it about the emotion of fucking or the business of fucking? The problem is, too many people can't separate the two and it causes an issue in what should be a fairly simple business. Fuck, produce a good scene and get paid. As to escorting, that's speculation as you don't know how many girls are or aren't doing it and how many lose clients because of they've booked IR scenes. I will say that several popular girls have retained their popularity even after doing IR and book very well for movies. Most girls who charge 1500- 2000 dollars which I see online for porn stars escorting are probably doing mostly dinner dates with rich clients. I don't know if those guys are so hung up. But sadly there's no way to know about an illegal business (except in Nevada)and have any real stats to back it up so not an argument which can be made either way. I'm sure some girls have said something to that effect, but again it's somewhat hard to quantify. Do the girls who have no trouble make an issue of it? Do the girls who do IR simply get different clients who may be more liberal and open minded. You simply can't make that argument without more info. I don't know exactly what your last line is about. I presume it's some sort of insult about my complaints comparing my thought out arguments to sobbing, which I don't really see, but if you do it might explain your interesting perception of other things. In any case now that you've skewered me with your wit, how will I go on? Oh wait my pizza's here and I'm going out tonight if the snow doesn't get too bad. Looks like there's a rainbow at the end of my tears after all. Yay!
Seems like a simple question, First off let me start by saying that I love women...period!, but I've always found white women to be extremely sexy, and sex appeal is what attracts me. However, growing up I didn't have much interaction with them. Now, the porn industry defines IR as BM/WF (I'll never understand that), so ever since it became popular, I want to see what I've always fantasized about, and of course those fantasies have spilled over into real life, but I still love seeing it on film!.
Going back to the ORIGINAL topic of this thread... There is no mystery as to why non-black males enjoy black male - white female porn. As I said many times over that is not necessarily very flattering to black males however. This was in response to the TITLE of this thread. As to what Joel asked, it is a long story. I have been involved in this issue perhaps longer than anybody else here, all the way back to the RAME days. I was the first one to coin the term "IR dodger". Along with guys like Mike Paul I started it as a half joke but other guys were more serious. I credit Mike Paul for all this mess. He is the one who turned this issue into a "discrimination at work place" issue. And some used this to pester some white female performers probably hoping that they would cave in.
^ Oh man! I HATED Mike Paul!! He would hound everyone about the IR stuff. I also hated how he's sign his name and then put another line of stupid shit underneath it and end with ... That used to annoy me so goddamned bad. ChodeMasterJ Man, I disliked that guy...
Well the unfortunate side effect of discussing IR on this board is that every word must be explained thoroughly to avoid misrepresentation. For example if I said "every girl should do IR," it would possibly become an ad hominem attack against the poster i.e. "you're racist trying to force every girl to do IR against her wishes." Thus it has to be explained as "I wish every girl would do IR but of course not at the expense of their civil liberties.Every girl should have a right to choose her actions. I simply wish many didn't use race as the barometer." I do find it funny that many of the arguments against these threads are simply straw man attacks. Instead of actually attacking the argument, people attack the poster and then the insults start flying back and forth. This isn't to say that many of the posters who start threads always do the best job articulating their thoughts, but reading the threads I find it the most common they devolve into flame wars over little that actually involves the issues.
Nina Hartley and Amber Lynn have had careers as actresses and dancers three decades strong, and have never reported such complaints or loss of business. "Many" white customers? Like Sammy the Bull on this board? One guy with a loud voice... I posted with Mike Paul back in the 1990s on the UseNet newsgroups, and agreed with most of his writings and actions. He did a great job exposing "Mensa member" Asia Carrera as a flip-flopping bigot.
LOL, What do you know about them actually? Amber Lynn had not done IR until very late in her 1st career. In 1987 she did Black-Analyst, Taste of Black and Taboo 5 shortly after that. Her 1st career was almost over by the late 1987. When she went IR(other than Billy Dee) it was big news. Back in those days, a big-name star's going IR was a sure sign that she was nearing the end of her career. Amber Lynn was no exception as her first career was pretty much over by the early 1988. She sporadically did 1 -2 scenes a year (some of which were non-sexual)until she came back as an MILF and most MILFs are heavily interracial for obvious reasons known to everyone in the industry. I am absolutely sure that you are not an insider of any sort or maybe you are too young to know how things were back in those days. Nina Hartley was IR friendly from the outset as she comes from a more liberal background than does Amber Lynn whose brother is Buck Adams. But even she did not start off IR right away and until she became an MILF she had not been so IR-heavy.

I wouldn't make assumptions, I found myself watching IR and black-on-black porn because I like women with big butts and before the big butt 'fetish' blew up the only place you'd find ass worship going on was in that genre and Stagliano's videos. I found that black-on-black and IR, at least the stuff I liked by Justin Slayer for example, was less focused on degrading and beating the woman up. I don't mind rough sex in a video and setting where that is clearly stated and well-done but for a while there it was hard to find a video that didn't seem to have gaping, slapping and spitting thrown into every scene. Also, IR and black-on-black videos were more likely to not have facials (I like it when they pop on the woman's ass more) and an obsession with anal sex, both elements are overdone in most porn for my taste. wargamer, to make your point clear it will be better if you stop mixing apples and oranges. I have nothing against midgets but you understand that it's an abnormality, right? I don't think that many midgets will complain that girls won't do midgets. They would rather not talk about it cuz it's something they expect. I don't think that many obese guys will also have a problem with beautiful women refusing to fuck fat guys. It's expected and they would rather not talk about it.I don't think a "normal" gay dude will actually complain that straight guys won't have sex with gays. The best analogy to a girl refusing to fuck black guys will be girl refusing to fuck guys of other races...not someone refusing to fuck midgets, animals or people of the same sex.In the same way, I think a midget will be offended if you try to compare girls refusing midgets to girls refusing to do bestiality. This is all common sense. Edited by - Llvladk on 12/20/2009 9:17:45 AM
That's interesting. I think a lot of people assume that IR is more degrading/abusive, probably because of the rhetoric on the box. At least in movies since around the early-2000s. I haven't watched much IR, at least not movies that are marketed explicitly as that from studios that specialize - have things changed since the early days you describe?

People assume that IR is more degrading/abusive because it is still widely relegated to the area of taboo and illicit acts. The man doesn't actually have to do anything in particular to the girl to degrade her. The act of having sex with a black man, in itself, is already supposed to be degrading enough. Nothing else is needed to add to the degradation factor. Atleast this is the way that the porn industry markets it.

"The act of having sex with a black man, in itself, is already supposed to be degrading enough." Only to ignorant bigots....
What is "abnormal"? Are pygmies and negritos "abnormal"? There is a well known racial discrimination in Africa; Bantu men take pygmy women but the other way around is usually met with violence and social injunction.
Very well put. The taboo aspect exists even among the most liberal and socially conscientious men and women. There is a huge collection of literature on this issue, most of them by black writers. It was noted that those(women) who sought out black men were more racist than those who did not. That was the landscape during the 60's and 70's. Today it is a bit different but a remnant of this mentality still exists among the general populace. Edited by - wargamer on 12/20/2009 12:31:40 PM
I never said it doesn't exist. For some people it does, but countless thousands of black people have made a good life for themselves despite a very difficult start.
Like I said, I don't know a huge amount about the issue. Who did say that? Personally, I don't find most black women particularly attractive. Now that sounds very racist - but it's not a choice. Lets just say you aren't in to see very fat girls fuck - it's not a choice, it's just how it is. I don't choose not to find black women attractive. Just because you are a porn star doesn't mean you have no choice about who you sleep with.
No it's just a fact. People from consumer down to conception will pay more for what they want to see. It's the same with anal, creampie and countless other scenes. Edited by - joel on 12/20/2009 1:28:08 PM Edited by - joel on 12/20/2009 1:30:24 PM
Well it's obvious I'm not going to be on your christmas card list as I'm going to disagree with everything you said here. :) Amber Lynn's career started in late 1983 around her 20th birthday according to IAFD (let's just assume it's close to accurate, unless you have a better source...) so we're already nine months in before she started her first movie, which probably didn't come out until October or November, so her debut is actually closer to 1984. So she does her first IR in 1987, one of which is on film (Taboo 5) so it probably took a while to edit and distribute which likely means it was shot less than three years into her career. That's not a particularly long time is it? Seen plenty of porn stars who wait 5-8 years before their first IR and seen many big stars (which Amber undoubtedly was) wait ten or more years. Also saying it was at the end of her career seems odd as we certainly didn't know she was going to retire. The porn industry wasn't the same then as it is today. We weren't bombarded with industry news and girls tended to stick around for a while. The video era brought about a change as the business moved from the East Coast to the West Coast, and maybe a bit more rotation of talent but retirement wasn't the big deal it is today when people find out about it immediately. Girls just tended to disappear but we didn't get retirement notices. Also the release schedule certainly wasn't as heavy as it is these days. A top star didn't do a hundred releases a year like they do today. There weren't that many movies being produced. I fully admit that this a guesstimate based on an old AVN article I read, but I believe the amount of videos being produced in the mid 80s were usually about 300 a year. If a top girl did more than 40 or so videos I'm extremely surprised. After all the infamous Traci Lords who was the biggest draw in the business only had about a hundred plus films to be pulled and a number of those are compilations. So I don't see that Amber had done so much work that her IR was less significant as a milestone or that it took place so late in her career.

I understand that you don't find black women attractive. If you don't mind giving an honest answer to this question: if you were getting paid a couple of grands to fuck Beyonce, Tyra Banks or Halley Berry, would you refuse? I'm asking you personally. Just a Yes or No. I hope you know that Ron Jeremy has banged more good pussy than another active porn actor.
I was referring more to the "split her meathole open with his monster cock" and "she won't be able to walk for days" type rhetoric. I think that because these titles get noticed more, people assume all IR is of this type - and for all I know, these movies are no more aggressive than any other porn movie. They might just market the films with this rhetoric regardless of what's in the movie itself. The interracial scenes I've seen that are not in an specifically IR movie, or from an IR studio, have often addressed issues of race in fairly complicated ways, especially in older films like Resurrection of Eve, Sex World, and Behind the Green Door. You still see it in more modern porn too though. Porn as a genre works through social anxieties, of which race is one of them, so I don't think it's a surprise to see IR be so hyper-racialised, nor do I find it problematic if it's done in a way that actually addresses race rather than simply appealing to racism and misogyny.

first off, no one is saying they don't have a choice about who they sleep with, don't know where you read that, that's not the point, second using the attraction argument when a girl is getting payed to get banged by 10 ugly old potbellies is incoherent to say the least. This is hilarious. He claims that those movies listed as 1983 did not come out until late 1983 due to editing etc. but those listed as 1987 came out as soon as they were made, (mostly in January?). Why? because he wants to shave off 1 year from Amber Lynn's pre-IR era... pathetic. As for "unless you have a better source", you don't have ANY source. I doubt you were even born then. P.S. It appears that her first movie was on film as well like most of Bobby Hollander's movies were at the time. Dolby stereo sign tells all. Edited by - wargamer on 12/20/2009 3:25:55 PM
Dude you're a child. Seriously. I'm using facts. IAFD says she started around her birthday which is in September. A movie takes at least several weeks to edit and distribute. Fact. If the IAFD claim is true then her first movie couldn't have come out until late 1983. I'm sorry that you suffer from adult illiteracy. There are excellent programs that can help you with that. http://nces.ed.gov/naal/ Her IR FILM debut (as opposed to video which is what her other features were) is in Taboo 5. A full length adult film. Have you ever worked with film? Shooting, editing, developing etc.? It takes a while, even in porn. I would hope you would learn to actually use facts instead of just deciding something is wrong because you say so. Her's an idea instead of just coming with stupid and pointless insults, actually dispute what i'm saying by using facts. Otherwise you merely showcase your ignorance with your ad hominem attacks. Although you probably don't know what ad hominem means. That literacy thing... Oh and as for being old enough, seeing as how I was writing for Adam Film World in 1995 I'm probably old enough thank you very much... Edited by - irex on 12/20/2009 3:05:38 PM
LOL. Now I get where this guy got this idea. He read off "(Started around 20 years old)" literally. IAFD just does it for mathematically challenged guys like him. They just subtract the birth year from the debut year. For instance Hollie Stevens was born in Jan 1982 and her debut was in the late 2003. She was around 22 but what does IAFD say? (around 21 years old)
But that illiteracy earned me perfect GRE scores and near perfect SAT scores. In all three sections, Q, V, A (GRE). All before 1995(they were made much easier after that). So I am very satisfied with my illiteracy. And I think this guy spends a lot of time writing up these posts. I edited my post almost as soon as I had posted and this guy quoted the unedited version. Hilarious.
Those of you who are talking about attraction needs to understand that Ron Jeremy will strongly disagree with you. I know beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but not a lot of people will say that Ron Jeremy is better looking than Brad Pitt or Will Smith.Way more girls are willing to work with Ron Jeremy than Tyler Knight or Mr Marcus(I know Marcus isn't what he used to be)...you guys don't see anything wrong with that picture? I bet you less than 10 % of the girls that worked with Ron would have dated or fucked him if he was just some average guy with no money. And Ron knows that. Except in very few cases, the attraction argument is laughable. Don't even get me started with Dave Cummings and his brother.
