There's nothing wrong or woman-hating to enjoy a bit of alpha maleness during boudoir time. Now IRL a lot of people will do that with some mild restraints or the odd blindfold. Of course there are plenty of MEN who like being submissive, but I would guess that a majority would tend the other way if at all. Now, porn hasn't been able to fill this gap (har, har). Bondage with penetration has been illegal in most of the major markets for too long, and even today with Kink.com and the like they still have to tread carefully (e.g. by putting all these disclaimer-style interviews with the smiling girl in the end). The other problem is that even when it's legal (e.g. Germany), B&D is dominated by the "fetish" faction. And B&D fetishists are very particular about their tastes which often leave the mainstream majority completely cold and bored. I personally couldn't care less about rubber outfits, and the obsessive-compulsive attitude of most B&D (what kind of rope? What kind of knots? How many knots?
