Piss and scat maybe sickening to most people but when you look at it in a neutral way you could say that sperm, squirting or spitting is the same. They are all just bodily fluids. Why is it allowed to squirt and ejaculate in womens or mens faces but forbidden to do the same with piss or the brown stuff? Taking the fact that there are grown up people voluntering to act in such movies I do not understand why piss and scat is obscene but squirting and ejaculating not... I personally can't watch a scatmovie either.. but when people want to do stuff like that and see stuff like that I think it should be allowed. Obscenity as a legal term is nebulous, there is no specific definition aoutside the three pronged miller test which you can google if you are so inclined. Its the producers who dont want to face obscenity charges in the event that their golden masterpiece might become subject to examination by a jury that would declare it to be obscene, at which point they dont say hey this is obscene dont do it anymore...instead they haul his ass directly to jail where he then has 10 or more years to understand the error of his judgment in thinking that his idea of art is another man's idea of a crime. While piss and scat may turn a few people on sexually, the government and much of the public considers piss and scat nothing more than human waste. My position was that maybe those are exactly the kind of people the First Amendment was written for. You never need such protection unless a large number of people feel that what you do or what you like is wrong. Why would they have written it if not for the minority in a given situation?
