I just bought a Canon GL2 and I'm looking to get a wide angle attachment. It's not for porn. I'm going on a surf trip to Indonesia in September.(Boat charter to the Mentawai islands for 13 days)Anyways...The price for these seem to range from $150-$600. I read that Century Optic is a quality brand. Any suggestions and or advice???

I just bought one for a Sony camera. I researched the topic and also kept reading that Century was good. I never really heard of them prior to this.

I just stuck with the stock Sony high grade lens. It was more than $100 cheaper than the Century version.

When I used to be into 35mm photography, the differences between quality lens were not very noticable under most conditions. I am hoping that is the case here.
